In short, the house has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Host Joao was very clear in the information and everything was in compliance.

Our stay was great. From the beginning Carla was attentive and answered all the questions. He always set out to assist with any question. Unplanned events occurred during the stay, but the family (Carla and Mother) were worried about resolving in the best way, without having any headaches. I recommend the place that is great and close to the beach. The house accommodated our family (7 adults and 3 children) with tranquility being well equipped and spacious. If you need someone to help in the kitchen and cleaning, I recommend Dona Maria Aparecida (contact with the owner), smiling and well with her life, she cooks well and is very attentive.

A very nice place, small but very cozy house, left nothing to be desired!!! All the basics utensils that a house can have, the only negative point was the stove, which only worked when it wanted to, but since it has an electric pan helped us a lot!!! The view of the bathroom is spectacular. The condominium is very nice, the location of the beach is otima, a quieter place, but very close to trendy bars and restaurants!! Loved it and want to come back!!!

The house is wonderful, the way it appears in the photos. Full kitchen, barbecue, great rooms and everything is a clean mind. We were in 7 adults, and we were very well hosted if comfortable. All IMPECCABLE! I rented this house to go with my husband, children (4 years and the other 6 months) and my parents. Since the time of closing the reservation and throughout the stay, Raul and Eline were attentive, quick to respond and gave us all the detailed information. The house is super clean, organized and well equipped. There is nothing missing! The beach is close and the path is great, even for those with children (in my case even with a stroller). The condominium has friendly, attentive and helpful staff, especially Thiago. The swimming pool is a beachfront paradise is breathtaking. I have nothing to complain about because everything was perfect. We had blessed days, with great comfort and peace. I intend to return soon.

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean, with all the utensils we need. A super attentive Rosângela and you have all your doubts. The place is also very quiet. The tbm location is otima, has a market and bakery nearby. We love it and we are definitely going back.

What a lovely house! The view is INCREDIBLE and the house is bigger and even more beautiful than in the pictures! Sara was flexible with two questions I requested, answering me promptly. It is in a strategic location, 5 to 10 minutes from other beaches such as Camburi, Barra do Sahy, Juquehy and Maresias. The room is airy, as the ad says, so we don't miss the air conditioning. The children enjoyed the aftershot pool a lot. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Cake Cherry is the third-floor terrace to see and hear the sea and observe the stars. The perfect stay. The house is well equipped and was very clean and organized when we arrived.
