The days we spent in the place were just wonderful!! The place is gorgeous with lots of greenery, a nice place for gatherings of friends, family, etc We were greeted with pampering that made us very happy! The super kind Leonardo! Always ready to better serve us, giving feedback and solutions for any eventuality! The facilities are comfortable and with everything we need In addition to everything the suggestions of a helper to assist in the kitchen was great, very nice person Suggestions for buying cheese, chickens and eggs that's wonderful!! The accommodations have fully served us with plenty of space! There is the housekeeper Mr. Zequinha solicitous and very kind that for any problem he was there to solve it. We recommend for sure and we plan to come back soon!!!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. It is about 1.5 km from the city center. The check-in was smooth with the great receptivity of Mr. Davi, responsible for the property. The air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, microwave, stove, fridge, shower, work perfectly. There is access to "open tv" for those who like to be UNINFORMED by them, but in case of streaming, it is enough to have personal subscriptions for easy access. If available at the next Leopoldina Motorcycle Meeting - 2026 - I will return to the city. I recommend the accommodation for everyone.

The purpose of the trip was to relax and stay away from the end-of-year fires, and the place was perfect for that. A beautiful place, with outdoor space and a wonderful view of the mountains. Exceptional for those who want to get away from it all. Sallas and Sílvia were very kind and tried to resolve all requests promptly. It is about 8 km from Mar de Espanha, dirt road. So, we went to the city a few times to buy food and see the surroundings. Even in this rainy season, we had no difficulty getting around.

Tati was very receptive, gave us tips on good restaurants, responded quickly and was very attentive, the house is exactly as shown in the photos! It was a great stay, I recommend it.
