Nemo's Corner

We are a Portuguese family that knows all the islands of the Azores, and completed in August 2018 this retreat, to get away from our busy lives in London. Until the day comes that we can enjoy it full time, we have decided to share the amazing space we have created with others that love the nature, mountain and sea that is always surrounding us. The "Vinea Lava" house is 25 km from Pico Airport, 15 km from the cruise port of São Roque do Pico with daily connections to the island of São Jorge, Faial and others, 3 km from the Diving Center in Santo Amaro, 300 m from an excellent natural pool and the crystal clear sea, 1 km from the center of the parish, market, cafes, restaurant, bakery, ATM, garden. About 3 km away is the picnic park of Mistério da Prainha, "Baia de Canas" beach and "Baia da Areia" beach.
