the accommodation was wonderful. the staff welcomed us. complied with our requests (changing the water bottle, towels, etc.). We arrived at 10am and she let us stay in another property until the time of check in. everything wonderful.

The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

We loved your stay at Casa Biana. From the facade to the pool, it's all beautiful! The house is new, beautiful, well decorated and organized. The kitchen had everything we need. It has 3 air conditioned in the living room, which makes the whole house cold and pleasant. The Cris diarist that Andressa recommended is wonderful and helped a lot (her orange cake is divine). We loved our stay and we'll definitely be back! Andressa was solicitous at check-in and other questions we had. We love everything!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive and was always available to answer my questions and help with what was needed. Place is neat and well-organized, with no sign of mess or confusion. The atmosphere is very quiet and familiar, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is well structured, with all the essentials and more, providing total comfort throughout my stay. The toilets clean and in perfect condition. Without a doubt, an excellent experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Excellent place to relax between walks to the falls, helpful and polite staff. They serve families with children very well, which was our case. About the flat, I advise Pollyana to change the double mattress, for those who are used to her good bed, it leaves a lot to be desired to sleep on the flat mattress for a few nights. In addition, everything was as expected, the city/village is very welcoming, the Lenços are amazing.

The apartment was perfect, very close to everything since the town is small and it's spacious, very good for 4 people Rayssa was very helpful and responsive all the time, she helped a lot with everything, highly recommended for visiting Lençóis maranhenses

We stayed at Leandro’s apartment for 2 nights . He is very responsive. The moment we booked , he got in touch with us . Any query we had was responded promptly. The community is right next to river with beautiful green space . There are tables and chairs . So one can enjoy the view with home made food . The kitchen has got all pots and pans . There are few basic items but you can’t be dependent on it . Luckily we are on long holidays, so carrying our own kitchen supplies. The rooms have ACs to make stay very very comfortable. Two things which we weren’t happy about .First when you know that water supply is bad then there should be at least 1/2 bottles of water for guests to use on arrival . Second if there is laundry machine then laundry liquid/ powder should be given .The listing mentions cleaning products are given . You can’t expect guest to go and buy . It’s a small request.The water pressure and muddy water is a problem of town .Thank you for hosting us . It was largely comfortabl
