I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the listing. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air conditioning in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, piggy, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super quiet. So, we thought it was great, because it's in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida was always proactive in helping us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, it met all our needs and also with all the necessary utensils, the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning, which was simply what caught our attention! We spent 5 days in Barreirinhas and Adriana's accommodation certainly made those days even better! Everything was perfect and organized, Adriana was always very helpful and responded quickly. We certainly recommend the yellow house, and we would definitely come back!

The house is lovely, well-equipped and with an amazing view of the river. The population is very receptive and you easily feel at home. A real downside is the distance from Atins. The two markets we found in the village had very few items, to cook or make breakfast. Pedro's restaurant, next to the house, is really very nice and saved us with a wonderful dinner. He also took us to Atins in the morning, 25.00 per person round trip by rabeta (those canoes with a motor) or 250.00 per person, round trip, by speedboat. As our schedule included tours, we chose to stay only one night at Amanda's house, as the cost of transportation would not be worth it and we missed having a market with more options (there were no items such as bread, cream cheese, beer). Anyway, I recommend Amanda's house for those looking to rest and enjoy the beautiful river view. For those who intend to visit Atins, I don't think it's very interesting. Check-in was smooth.

Everything is very good! We went from 12/28/24 to 12/31/24. Rio Preguiças is in the background, with a wide view of the balcony of the apto for it. There is a bar on the side that goes on foot. The guides search the condominium to go on the tours, we are usually the first to board the location. Spacious apto, we were in 4 people.

I recommend the accommodation. Everything was clean and organized, it has the structure for a peaceful stay. The condominium is peaceful, very quiet and organized. The charm of the place is the deck overlooking the lazy river! A beautiful place!! An important detail is that it is a little far from the center of Barreirinhas to walk, but there are options for motorcycle taxi and conventional taxi that help a lot in getting around. Mauricélia was very helpful and attentive. 10-star rating! I would definitely stay there again! I'll recommend it to friends!

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is new, equipped with everything we need and was extremely clean. The view of the garden and the river is an attraction in itself. Beautiful. Super well located, you can walk to the downtown and Av. Beira Rio. The host contacted us in advance and was always available.

The condominium is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, because on the return from the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the city center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue area and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose what they like best. The apartment has a variety of dishes and appliances. Anyone interested in cooking will find a variety of household utensils.

Hosting with Lúcia in Barreirinhas was excellent! The accommodation is inside a resort, which already guarantees a very comfortable experience. The structure is great: a very good swimming pool, gym with treadmill, sauna and a wonderful view of the Preguiças River. The resort has two excellent restaurants, which surprised us positively. We ended up having all our meals there — breakfast, lunch and dinner — and we didn't miss going out, because the room only has a microwave on the balcony, no stove, so the ideal is to enjoy the facilities offered. One point to consider is that the resort is about 3 km from downtown Barreirinhas. Walking is not feasible, and the taxi is a little expensive (we were charged R$30 per leg). On the other hand, the resort's restaurants are the best in the area, so it's worth it. And most importantly, Lucia was a very attentive and dear host!
