Excellent house with complete infrastructure, surprised our expectations, the condominium is very pleasant, has a wonderful pier, all the tours were looking for the river there. The house has a barbecue, private pool, large and air-conditioned rooms, comfortable and well-kept beds. Alessandro always proactive and polite. We hired the diarist indicated by the excellent host, prepared our 5-star restaurant-worthy meals. Amazing experience. We'll be back whenever we need it .

We really liked the location and the attractions of the condominium. A family atmosphere with access to the river and the house with excellent accommodations. The location is very private and it is necessary to use vehicles to get to the city center, they are not long distances but it is convenient to use a vehicle. The host was very helpful and clear in the information, and made excellent recommendations of agencies for tours.

House organized, clean, well equipped with useful utensils and decorated to make us feel at home. Quiet condominium and easy location. Receptivity and cordiality of the host and cleaning assistant are strengths.

We loved your stay at Casa Biana. From the facade to the pool, it's all beautiful! The house is new, beautiful, well decorated and organized. The kitchen had everything we need. It has 3 air conditioned in the living room, which makes the whole house cold and pleasant. The Cris diarist that Andressa recommended is wonderful and helped a lot (her orange cake is divine). We loved our stay and we'll definitely be back! Andressa was solicitous at check-in and other questions we had. We love everything!

Best stay ever! I really felt at home and embraced as family. My son cried when he had to leave. Everything was wonderful, the service, attention to the needs of customers, breakfast, space with activities and to relax. And I can't forget the market and food truck inside the inn, which provided us with more convenience. I have no words to thank you for everything and for your patience with my son (autistic). We stayed at Leandro’s apartment for 2 nights . He is very responsive. The moment we booked , he got in touch with us . Any query we had was responded promptly. The community is right next to river with beautiful green space . There are tables and chairs . So one can enjoy the view with home made food . The kitchen has got all pots and pans . There are few basic items but you can’t be dependent on it . Luckily we are on long holidays, so carrying our own kitchen supplies. The rooms have ACs to make stay very very comfortable. Two things which we weren’t happy about .First when you know that water supply is bad then there should be at least 1/2 bottles of water for guests to use on arrival . Second if there is laundry machine then laundry liquid/ powder should be given .The listing mentions cleaning products are given . You can’t expect guest to go and buy . It’s a small request.The water pressure and muddy water is a problem of town .Thank you for hosting us . It was largely comfortabl

Excellent experience! The apartment is exactly as pictured, well equipped, super clean and Maria is very attentive and helpful. About the location, you can go to the center on foot, a 15/20 min walk. For those who don't want to walk, it's not a problem. There is a taxi and motorcycle taxi throughout the city, in addition to the tours including the transfer service (round trip), searching at the condominium door, dispensing a vehicle rental. And to future guests: Make sure to watch the sunset on the Lazy River that passes behind the condominium. There is a dock of its own and the view is breathtaking! I'll be back more often. Super nominated!

Dina's space is very well equipped, very close to the center, good restaurants and local shops. The condominium has a good swimming pool and a pier to enjoy the river and the sunset. The cottage has a double bed and a bunk bed and would easily accommodate 4 people well accommodated, a good set of equipment and household utensils makes the stay easier. We really liked Dina's cottage and hope to return!
