It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Accommodation (42 m2) renovated and fully insulated, in a quiet village house with a small adjoining plot. Parking is possible on the land, not enclosed, or along Rue Gueneau, which is not very busy. We cannot accept pets. Access to the listing by two steps and exit to the back on the grounds by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8 km)
