For the second time we stayed at this property and it is so easy to feel at home. Sossegado, ideal for relaxing, the pool is great and we always visit dogs/cats in the neighborhood who are super affectionate. It does not make you want to go home, but to extend your stay. We will return a third time for sure.

We were three families with different requirements and the villa suited us all. Great for each family to have their own bathroom. A safe area for the baby to play without direct access to the pool. Easy walking distance to shops,beach restaurant etc There is some building work going on in the vicinity but it didn’t affect us. All in all a good value stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is perfect for family vacation: very comfortable, funcional, pretty and well organized. The pool and outside area are very well kept and provided entertainment for the kids throughout the day. Fells like a loving home.

The villa's exterior features a classic architectural style with a bright white facade and green shutters. A lush palm tree is positioned prominently in the front yard, complemented by decorative stone pathways. The entrance is accentuated by steps leading to a welcoming, covered porch.

Amazing house, amazing location, the kindest folks. Jorge, the owner was so kind and communicated promptly and wanted to ensure our family of 6 adults and one baby had the most comfortable stay. Olga met us for check in and gave us a tour of town, treating us to a local pastry. She is simply lovely and made us feel at home immediately. The cleaning crew is also top notch. The back yard is beautiful and the upper deck...wow. We sat for hours enjoying wine and the spectacular view. We felt lucky to have secured the rental, could not have asked for more. There is no question that if we ever go back to Porto Covo, we would only stay there.

The house was beautiful! The Tiago host was very helpful and attentive, letting us check in earlier and still a late check-out as needed. When we arrived at the accommodation we were surprised by the basket with some pampering. We like it very much and we will be back soon.

The apartment is well appointed and situated close to all amenities with 5 supermarkets within walking distance as well as a pharmacy, a covered market and post office. Diogo was a very responsive host and was always available if we needed anything. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some bread and cheese was much appreciated. We were there in January and the apartment was quite cold. Using the fan heaters provided was sufficient for us but we were only 2 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay, shopping and eating locally, in nearby Indian and Asian restaurants. But our favourite was Os Galletos steakhouse, where we ate several times - very good value for money. There are 2 nice cafés in the nearby park. The apartment is close to some beautiful beaches, especially the Lagoa de St Andre with walks around the lagoon. There is a very nice little beach café there with reasonably priced food. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Diogo!

I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5 for the communication of the host. I asked quite a few questions and everytime I was met with a really friendly and helpfull response within minutes. The house is beautiful, needs little repairs here and there but overall super comfortable. The kitchen is super well equipped and huge, cooking is wonderful in this place! Little things I didn't like: - The house has big windows, and multiple neighbors can look into the garden and the house. Not so much privacy - The couch had a lot of doghairs, and we had no way of cleaning the hairs from our clothing properly We were able to extend for one night and also have a late checkout, which was really great. In the end we left the house with a great feeling, so thank you!

What a lovely remote place, with a huge garden and 4hectares of private forest!The starry skies were breathtaking. Do bring rainboots,because it quickly becomes damp. The hosts were very friendly,hospitable&helpful. Helena regularly checked whether everything was going well/if we needed anything.&immediately texted back if we had a question.Due to our long stay,there were some things that broke/did not work properly,but the host made sure she/someone else came over if needed.We solved many things ourselves,or after a text message.The host responded very pleasantly to this. The house was clean&very cozy.The living room was warmly decorated&the table was set for our arrival! The winternights can be cold but there is a fireplace,many electric heaters&blankets.The beds were a bit small for us. WiFi (videocall/streaming tv)was good in the living room! Don’t be afraid of some barking guarding dogs who are behind fences. Love to come back; the space,peace,quiet&nature were absolutely magical!

Our stay at the blue house has been wonderful ! It is a place of dreams, a house cared for in every detail and beautiful. We spent the days in the pool and enjoying the starry sky at night. We have also organized a dinner with Antonio's services. The glamping shops are perfect! It's a rare pearl and I recommend everyone to spend a few days at this wonderful property. Thank you Dominique for everything and for the organization of this wonderful trip

What a gem of a place. Simple, clean, modern space, with everything we needed inside. Very comfortable, AC in every room, perfect showers and amenities. It was perfect for our family of a few adults and young kids. There was so much for the kids in the house, a room filled with toys and stuff for them to play outside. We’re already planning to stay again in the future. Would recommend.

The location of this place was exceptional! The views of the cliffs and ocean were every bit as breathtaking as they appear in photos. The unit is at the edge of the town, so everything was close -- yet it still felt peaceful. The unit was neat, clean, surprisingly spacious, and had everything we needed. Andre was very friendly and helpful! We would love to stay here again!

Charming Country House - Cercal do Alentejo

We had a great two weeks staying here. The house is even better than it looks in the photos. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is very peaceful, and has lovely views in every direction. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and cooking was a real pleasure. The rest of the house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. There are lots of equally comfortable outside areas where you can eat, or sit and read, and the heated pool is fantastic (our daughter loved it). It is possible to walk to a bar/restaurant in about 40 minutes, and the nearest town which has some excellent (and very cheap) places to eat is only 5 minutes' drive. The house is also perfectly positioned to get to the coast - Porto Covo and Vila Nova de Milfontes are about 20 minutes' drive. We absolutely loved staying here, and we cannot wait to come back.

Dear Joana and Nuno, I wanted to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity to stay at your establishment. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home, welcomed, and comfortable. The impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, sheets, and towels were exceptional, details that are often overlooked in many places. Little touches like these make the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the bottle of local wine, cheese, and freshly baked bread offered to me upon arrival were a lovely gesture. The ambiance of the place left me with a feeling of tranquility and well-being. I appreciate the good taste and additional amenities, such as the keyboard and mouse next to the flat-screen TV, which made it possible for me to work remotely optimally. It has been a memorable experience, and I definitely plan to repeat it in the future. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a great time. The house is well equipped, the swimming pool is great and the space around it is great to spend time or have a meal with the family, all surrounded by tranquility. The layout of the house is also very nice with nice spaces on both sides which was great in the hotter days, where a shade was always available. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

Above our expectations, which were already high. A beautiful, quiet, spacious and tastefully decorated house. We enjoyed the central patio and the pool a lot ❤️ The place in which it is located is retired and quiet, without many locals. To go to the supermarket or visit the area a car is necessary. Finally, Filipa's treatment has been exceptional. He got our experience at his place was one of the best we've had on airbnb. Highly recommended.
