Carlos Emilio es muy amable, esta al pendiente, con indicaciones claras... El lugar es bastante agradable, cómodo, higiénico. La zona es muy segura, bien comunicada, con establecimientos comerciales cercanos. Muchas gracias

La habitación estaba muy ordenada, limpia, la terraza está preciosa y la ubicación súper céntrica, definitivamente, volvería a hospedarme. Lo único a mejorar sería la señal de wifi que no llegaba hasta el cuarto, pero la anfitriona estuvo en todo momento pendiente y intentó solucionarlo.

Fue mi segunda vez aquí. Muy buena ubicación cerca del Jardín Guerrero, restaurantes, etc. Muy fácil entrar. Lo recomiendo.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, nos sentimos mi familia y yo como en casa, realmente es lo que muestra en las fotografías. Lo recomiendo porque esta en una zona de fácil acceso, muy cerca de todo y puedes descansar tranquilamente después de un día tan ajetreado. Rosa siempre amable nos recomendó que hacer y hasta que no hacer, lo cual se agradece mucho!!!

El lugar estaba reluciente y ordenado, la entra fue rapida y el Host siempre estuvo antento a mis mensajes. El lugar es muy tranquilo y tienen todas las comodidas, las fotos del lugar son congruentes con lo que aperece en Airbnb. Excelente servicio, 5 estrellas.

La estancia estuvo excelente gracias a la atención que siempre tuvo Emma con nosotros, la habitación igual muy cómoda y agradable. Sin duda alguna volvería a este lugar!

Oscar was extremely helpful and nice. He was responsive and attentive. Also, Miss Rocío, the lady that helps him around, was lovely, helpful and understanding. I really enjoyed my stay in SMA and in Oscar’s place.

Fue una estancia muy agradable. Quedamos encantados con los anfitriones, siempre estuvieron al pendiente y nos apoyaron en cada proceso. Agradecemos mucho, y los recomendamos mucho :)

Luis was a very accommodating host. He didn't have much advance notice of our coming because we booked only about an hour before our arrival (due to realizing we wouldn't be able to make it to our original destination before dark). We called Luis when we arrived, and he came almost immediately to check us in. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. It has a covered area with a table to eat at. There is a kitchen that is not technically for guests, but Luis left it open for us so we could use the sink and microwave. That was a huge blessing because it made it possible for us to prepare our breakfast easily the next morning. There is a fruteria just down the street and a small market not far away with essential food items. The place is very secure with a lockable garage, a lockable door leading into the courtyard, and then, of course, the room lock. There is at least one other guest room, so the courtyard is shared, but that was no trouble for us. Be prepared to let Luis know what time you will want to check out the next day so that Luis can plan ahead since he will need to come and get the keys from you when you leave. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Agradable alojamiento, siempre estuvieron pendientes. Tal vez lo que podría mejorar más adelante es el aire acondicionado y una TV, ya que estuvo haciendo calor estos días Pero todo bien, tuvimos una buena estancia

Rest assured, David and Chei have done everything possible to make a stay in their suite wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful, kind and knew San Miguel de Allende front to back. We appreciated the fresh air, the cozy floors, and the purified water system. Literally any and all questions were welcome, and we've never met such interesting hosts. The location made for an easy walk to see all the sights.

Mein Appartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, es war groß, sauber, ausgesprochen bequemes Bett, ruhig, ausreichend Wasser, super Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Mike ist ein ausgezeichneter und liebenswerter Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit, respektvoll, unaufdringlich aber immer verfügbar falls nötig. Gerne wieder und alles erdenklich Gute für Mike.

Bastante agradable, las amenidades son las anunciadas y ni hace falta nada. muy cerca del mirador y del centro para ir a caminar! el unico inconveniente es el calor que se acumula en el lugar, pero hay ventiladores y un refrigerador con hielos muchas gracias por las atenciones!
