The room was very tidy, clean, the terrace is beautiful and the super central location would definitely stay again. The only thing to improve would be the wifi signal that did not reach the room, but the host was always pending and tried to fix it.

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

Oscar was extremely helpful and nice. He was responsive and attentive. Also, Miss Rocío, the lady that helps him around, was lovely, helpful and understanding. I really enjoyed my stay in SMA and in Oscar’s place.

The place was easy to get to and good location Constanza sent me the accurate location. It is very close to Viñedos la Redonda. which was our main destination. 10 minutes from the center of Tequisquiapan and 40min from the Geiser. These were our destinations so the location was great. The only bad thing is that the WiFi or the data network does not work well so the TV could not be used and the cell phones had little signal. The house is over the road so there's car noise all the time even at night. I recommend to bring insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes.

Luis was a very accommodating host. He didn't have much advance notice of our coming because we booked only about an hour before our arrival (due to realizing we wouldn't be able to make it to our original destination before dark). We called Luis when we arrived, and he came almost immediately to check us in. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. It has a covered area with a table to eat at. There is a kitchen that is not technically for guests, but Luis left it open for us so we could use the sink and microwave. That was a huge blessing because it made it possible for us to prepare our breakfast easily the next morning. There is a fruteria just down the street and a small market not far away with essential food items. The place is very secure with a lockable garage, a lockable door leading into the courtyard, and then, of course, the room lock. There is at least one other guest room, so the courtyard is shared, but that was no trouble for us. Be prepared to let Luis know what time you will want to check out the next day so that Luis can plan ahead since he will need to come and get the keys from you when you leave. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

It was my second time here. Very good location near the Guerrero Garden, restaurants, etc. Very easy to get in. I recommend it.

Nice accommodation, they were always attentive. Perhaps what could be improved later is the air conditioning and a TV, as it was hot these days But everything was fine, we had a good stay

Rest assured, David and Chei have done everything possible to make a stay in their suite wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful, kind and knew San Miguel de Allende front to back. We appreciated the fresh air, the cozy floors, and the purified water system. Literally any and all questions were welcome, and we've never met such interesting hosts. The location made for an easy walk to see all the sights.

La Chispa was the perfect place to celebrated our 33rd anniversary! The hacienda ambience was more than we could have hoped for. We stayed 2 nights and know we will be coming back. You definitely will enjoy your time here and the beautiful sunsets and sunrises too!
