House vacation rentals in Santi Cosma e Damiano

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

Carolina's house was a great place to stay for a week! We were three couples traveling together, and the house was perfect for us - great location next to a cozy town, and not far from Napoli. The pool was wonderful, especially during hot days, the kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ and outdoors areas were really cosy. We came during a hot week, and were grateful for the fans during the night. Only one bedroom has aircondition, so the others can get a little hot at night (we were told beforehand though, so it wasn't a surprise!), but overall we had a wonderful stay, and would gladly come back again!

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

Perfect place for everyone who appreciates the beautiful nature and peace of Molise. The house is wonderfully decorated, everything is perfect; mondern respecting the old. Every tiny detail is thought through and perfect. A house to fall in love with.

I am BLOW away by the charm and romance of this Airbnb. It literally brought tears to my eyes walking in and opening the window to a picturesque landscape. We got both sunny hot days and rain and are so blessed Claudia shared her space with us.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. On our way back to Naples, we planned a stop at the legendary Franco Pepe’s Pepe in Grani—but the real highlight came afterward: a hidden gem in the countryside. The 200-year-old house is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort—beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Surrounded by views, farm animals, and orange trees, it was so peaceful we wished we’d based our whole trip here. The hosts, Ilaria and her husband, were incredibly warm and thoughtful—like old friends. He picked fresh oranges, she made juice, and they even brought us fresh cheese and bread for breakfast. A tour of their farm was the cherry on top. With small shops and cozy local cafes nearby, this place was simply perfect. A true hidden gem!

The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Thank you very much to Monica and Giovanni, super helpful and welcoming.

4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Motorcycle host available and welcoming, the house is perfect for three or four people, it is in the upper part of the hills, quiet and peaceful, has everything you need: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room all equipped with the necessary, fireplace, barbecue and terrace with beautiful views make the stay special! Recommended!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Serious and very kind people, always available . The house is cared for in small details to guarantee guests a comfortable stay as if they were at home. Very nice outdoor space. Great strategic location to visit enchanting places both south such as Sperlonga (5 minutes away) and Gaeta at 20 , and in the north such as Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia. Upon our arrival, Maria was waiting for us, very courteous, smiling and helpful. The apartment was clean, fragrant and tidy. Very clean sheets and towels. Coffee, milk, tea, croissants and bottles of water were available for us, all really nice. Clean kitchen with all appliances. Nothing was missing, we felt right at home! The garage was the icing on the cake! Recommended!

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

The host was very nice. The house it is very clean.

Great place and worth every penny. We will definitely come back. She helped us with everything and was able to answer all questions very quickly. Accommodation was very clean and it had everything you needed.

We had a wonderfull stay at Girolamo. Very nice, private, house. beautiful garden. Many things to do in the area. Beautiful beaches, lovely city of Sperlonga!
