All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

This is a one-of-a-kind stay, right in the historical Center. It is an amazing apartment - hundreds-of-years-old stone building, gorgeous frescoes on the walls and ceiling. You are truly transported back in time. Do not miss a chance to stay here, particularly if you appreciate art, architecture, and history. There is also a fabulous view from the comfortable balcony. Chiara and husband were kind, gracious, and very welcoming. Stay here if you get the chance!
