The location is excellent, close to everything but a quiet place. Júlio was extremely attentive, touring the city and indicating great contacts for the tours. The place is beautiful, it is possible to use the kitchen, the room is fresh and everything is very safe.

Alter do chão and the milena's house were an unforgettable experience! The place is wonderful, and the location of the apt is simply perfect! We were close to everything, the places to visit the night, the speedboat tours that come out of the vicinity, and also the island of love that is in front of the apt! I and my friends love the stay, and especially Milena as a guest who was very receptive, and did everything to help us in the best way possible! The place beyond everything is even better than in the photos, super spacious, and the air condition works perfectly in all rooms, we have nothing to complain about, just waiting for a next opportunity to return!

Glauber's place was wonderful for our stay. Great structure and location. The Glauber also always communicative and attentive, helped a lot in the days we spent in Alter. We definitely agreed 100% on the choice of house!!

Great location, we walked to both the centrinho and the point where it picks up the boats for the rides. Communication with Andressa was very easy, she responded quickly and always very kind, everything we need was solved immediately. The house was super clean and is actually very comfortable, it is just like in the pictures. We consider this airbnb a find, well worth it. We recommend it!

The very quiet environment, we made the most of it, there was time to bake a rump at the barbecue accompanied with a very cold beer. The landscape of the beaches is not even talked about just living. Gratitude! we'll be back soon. God bless everyone who catered to us on tours….

Very wonderful home. My mother and I enjoyed our stay there. The hosts went out of their way to help us, including driving us to and from the airport and helping us pick up groceries. The pool was clean and really nice for the hot weather. Town was a short walk away with restaurants. The kitchen was also well-stocked for cooking. Unfortunately during our visit (April 2022) there was construction next door, but hopefully that will improve.

Perfect from start to finish without any kind of problem or difficulty. Recommend!!

Thais was charming as much as his home. He helped us with tips on who to take tours, massage, how to get to the house, everything. Best place you could have chosen. The almost private beach less than 5 minutes away also made a difference.

Excellent hosts, Mr. Loy and Dona Ana, are always available, even if they don't need to trigger them, as the house is very well cared for and functional. On the way, the house has rooms much larger than we imagined, very well furnished and large bathrooms. We really like the fact that the kitchen area is separate from the bedrooms. Another highlight is the guests' concern with the safety of the property, as the rooms are all gridded. Finally, due to the location of the property (bordering the primary forest), during the stay, we feel in permanent contact with nature, allowing us to have a end of the year away from the stress of modern/urban life. Definitely recommend!!

Super cozy place, close to everything, clean and organized

The room was very large and comfortable. The only thing was that the air conditioning, which because of the size of the space, didn't work as well as the demand for the heat. Otherwise, it was perfect, Pablo was very attentive and the reception staff very kind. Would recommend.
