the apartment is nice, luminous, and well positioned! the view on the tapajós is priceless and being right next to the Orla is perfect for evening walks and street food

Alter do chão and the milena's house were an unforgettable experience! The place is wonderful, and the location of the apt is simply perfect! We were close to everything, the places to visit the night, the speedboat tours that come out of the vicinity, and also the island of love that is in front of the apt! I and my friends love the stay, and especially Milena as a guest who was very receptive, and did everything to help us in the best way possible! The place beyond everything is even better than in the photos, super spacious, and the air condition works perfectly in all rooms, we have nothing to complain about, just waiting for a next opportunity to return!

I loved the accommodation! The strong point is the location, in front of the waterfront and the fish market, where you could see the dolphins!!! I stayed in a very comfortable suite, just like the photos. Everything is good, I highly recommend it. José is always available online to answer any questions and give local tips. Thanks for your hospitality. I love it.

The house is exactly as Luelba described, in addition to its great location where we do not need to rent a car because the house is close to the center and the beach, Luelba was super receptive! Definitely one of Alter's best accommodations!

The very quiet environment, we made the most of it, there was time to bake a rump at the barbecue accompanied with a very cold beer. The landscape of the beaches is not even talked about just living. Gratitude! we'll be back soon. God bless everyone who catered to us on tours….

Great beach house, large, ventilated, nice to be. Rooms are large and very new bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the fact that standing outside is quite cool to feel on the beach. The only point that can improve is the pressure of showers and discharges that is weak in the toilets inside the house. But nothing that cannot be overlooked, the house is organized and very comfortable The location is even great, you can do everything by walking. A Maria Edileusa was great, the homemade as well, and when I return to Alter I hope the property will be available.

The location of the house is very good, close to the main street and the island of love. The hosts have always responded to me very quickly for questions, and have always been very proactive to help! The house is exactly the same as the photos, with a beautiful swimming pool with hydro.

Excellent hosts, Mr. Loy and Dona Ana, are always available, even if they don't need to trigger them, as the house is very well cared for and functional. On the way, the house has rooms much larger than we imagined, very well furnished and large bathrooms. We really like the fact that the kitchen area is separate from the bedrooms. Another highlight is the guests' concern with the safety of the property, as the rooms are all gridded. Finally, due to the location of the property (bordering the primary forest), during the stay, we feel in permanent contact with nature, allowing us to have a end of the year away from the stress of modern/urban life. Definitely recommend!!
