Excellent site, incredible cost-benefit and the site as a whole is a very good, extremely well planned development I had an intrigue with the host due to the fact that I checked in the comments that she had been extremely flexible with other guests, but was adamant to me regarding the checkin, informed that I would not check in if I passed the schedule, found it curious and responded with the same tone of inflexibility At the time of checkout she made a point of being present until the moment she leaves her property Also my mother and I had respiratory problems possibly caused by the recent painting or for another reason, but nothing alarming From what I analyzed, I was an isolated case, but I found her attitude curious, I believe that I traveled 20 Brazilian states and 17 countries and it was the first time I was threatened with impediment of checkin But I still recommend too much, amazing venture!!

Cozy place, Dona Maria was very attentive and flexible with check-in, everything was clean, well-equipped apartment. I highly recommend the place and when I return to Santarém, I already have the right place.

The apartment is a cute one! In addition to being super functional and with very well-distributed and decorated spaces, everything is new and of good quality. We do not use the leisure space of the building, but it is another positive point of the accommodation. The instructions given by the host were clear and there were no difficulties for check-in or check-out. The location was also easy to find. We had a little difficulty with the television, but Elis (the host's daughter) was lonely in supporting us. I and my family were satisfied with the lodging and we will possibly return at other times :)

The space is very cozy for a short stay alone or as a couple. It has the basic utensils, the bed and shower were good and everything was organized and clean. Gabriella responded attentively and quickly. I would return to the place and recommend it.
