Our stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and located in a great place (calm and close to everything). The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was quite flexible and helpful some requests for changes to dates and guests. The house was clean and well equipped as well as being quite comfortable. We've received clear instructions on how things work. The location is good, not super close to the center, which provides more silence and tranquility at night and the walk to the city square is very quiet to be done at any time. We have spent very pleasant days and recommend the house to groups of friends or families who want to meet Alter.

Great location close to downtown Alter do Chão. The hostess D. Jeovania Sousa relaxed check-in and checkout and was very requested in all the service.

Great beach house, large, ventilated, nice to be. Rooms are large and very new bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the fact that standing outside is quite cool to feel on the beach. The only point that can improve is the pressure of showers and discharges that is weak in the toilets inside the house. But nothing that cannot be overlooked, the house is organized and very comfortable The location is even great, you can do everything by walking. A Maria Edileusa was great, the homemade as well, and when I return to Alter I hope the property will be available.

All according to the listing, kitchen well complete with all the necessary utensils, pool area always well taken care. even the maintenance of the pool was done during our stay keeping the water always clean and without ordering us. (it was held when we were not at home). host always requests and answering our questions. perfect. we had the bonus of being visited by the monkey who do the show by part.

We were welcomed, the house is spacious, easy to locate, close to the center and the beach, we had no problem with the house.

House with excellent infrastructure. New electronic equipment, including air-conditioning in all rooms, freezer, refrigerator. Very good house. You need to be careful in the pool, because the edges are very slippery. It's annoying with a kid. It's 4 blocks from downtown and the beach. To get back is uphill, so with a child it is more complicated on the way back. Alan is super helpful and quick to respond. Recommended!

Wonderful, peaceful home from which to explore Alter do Chao. The pool and back terrace are amazing. The house is incredibly well-outfitted with everything you need. Sonia was very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I feel totally at home, cozy and calm place, very close to the beach and with excellent restaurants close by, I highly recommend and I intend to come back always. Pss feed the kittens who live in the front, they are cute.
