Beachfront vacation rentals in Sant'Anna Arresi

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

brand new and complete with everything in a very quiet area a short distance from the center. the exterior of the house is also well cared for and has an exclusive parking space. magnificent view from both the inside and from the veranda. spacious and clean bedrooms the kitchen is complete with everything you may need. we recommend it!!!!

We had a really nice short break in Andrea's place, it is close to the beach with just walking distance. Additionally the garden is really nice and kid love it a lot

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at Alessia's. Everything was as described, communication worked perfectly. The house is very nice and made with a lot of love with a great view. We enjoyed the fine, rich and varied breakfast very much. Alessia and her family showed us beautiful beaches, niches, crafts and restaurants, and our and their children had a lot of fun together fishing, swimming, etc. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

beautiful quiet place

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

Well what to say. What a wonderful host, Michela was just perfect and so helpful. Her home we rented was just perfect. What a beautiful home and we would love to return there one day.

Just book it! You won’t regret it. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay there!
