What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay in the middle of nature overlooking mountains and sea. Everything is exactly as pictured. You have everything you need and can spend the whole day outside. There are many places to spend time on the property. Wonderful and secluded coves are within walking distance. A clear recommendation for those who love nature!

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

We were guests at Michael's for 3 nights. Immediately welcomed with extreme courtesy, he provided us throughout our stay with various directions and tips for tourist sites, beaches and restaurants. His house is a charming cottage perched on the mountain, easily accessible, with an extraordinary view of the sea! It has all the amenities described and more. The cleanliness is impeccable and I can guarantee that having your first coffee in the morning in absolute peace with a view of the blue is priceless. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We wanted peace and that's what we got 100% during our stay. The beautiful accommodation and the location right by the sea are unique. The taxi boat to the nearby town was adventurous and something special. Because we knew that we had to register and plan our trips early, it was a good opportunity for us as a family with two teenagers to communicate with each other and coordinate our activities. We spent most of the time on the island because the large pool and the sea were the highlight for all of us. We chose the perfect time, there were hardly any other people on the island, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Luciana, who lives in the apartment next door, spoiled us with a delicious Parmecano and a LimoncelloCrema liqueur. She was so sweet and warm, that was a real gift and an unexpected surprise. Dalia was always available for questions. We would come back anytime.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We are considering booking this again same time next year.

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. The children can linger in the pool or on the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and was very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you so much!

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Beautiful house, very clean. Very well equipped. You definitely need a car to get to the beautiful beaches. 20 min to Cagliari. Near a grocery store. Perfect location to relax

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

We felt comfortable and well cared for from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and insanely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend having a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)
