Apartment vacation rentals in Sant'Andrea

The apartment is very well furnished and was spotless. On the terrace you can see the sunsets over the sea. The sea is reachable in a few steps. Flip-flops are recommended, as the beach is rocky. You can also take beautiful walks. The nearest shop is a 20-minute walk to the next village or by bus. The landlords are very friendly! We got lemons and persimmons from the garden as a gift!

Danilo is a very welcoming host who gives a lot of useful advice. The house is very clean and large. The terrace is beautiful and very well maintained. The bikes available are a plus. By bike the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a very good restaurant a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay. Marino di campo is a good base for the south and east of the island.

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would have gladly stayed another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is a precise, very kind host. In the gardens of the various apartments there are also two beautiful and quiet cats! It was great to stay in this apartment, I would love to go back. Highly recommended

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a lovely independent apartment built from their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. Very convenient location for those with a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

Laura's place is a gem. We felt right at home as a family of 4 (2 teens). Laura was super friendly, helpful and communicative. The flat was very clean and cute and had everything you might need. In the village there is everything you need. Restaurants, bakeries, little shops, cute beach (pebbles) and nice atmosphere. We were sad to go and would stay there again any time.

Unique house, we enjoyed our stay very much. House is old but very well designed. The terrace overlooking the sea and the cozy table under the pergola is fantastic. We will be happy to come back!

We had a good time in Barbara's apartment, clean, tidy and functional (the air conditioning is a super welcome plus). Barbara is always a helpful and friendly host. The apartment is behind the waterfront, with many amenities and comforts and the beaches to have a nice swim, if you don't want to always move around by car.

We had a wonderful week's vacation at Roberto and Lisa's. The place is great, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and garden with sea views, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes away by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point to explore the entire island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa personally welcomed us and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to come back!!!

We spent a week in Andrea and Kristina's apartments and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. The terraces are spacious and offer an incredibly beautiful view. There is a car park near the house. The sea is also very nice. There's a sandy beach with a gradual entrance, or you can go to the rocks for those who know how to swim well. The house is on a fairly steep hill! So, those who are not very physically prepared or have small children will find it very difficult to climb the hill (it takes about 25 minutes to really climb). Near the beach there is a parking lot that costs 15 euros per day (10 euros for half a day). Nearby there is a small shop where you can buy everything you need. And always bring mosquito repellents with you! In general, we are very satisfied with the vacation and thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here, very clean and as described, wonderful peaceful location. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Raffaele's place is fabulous. The view of the sea and the island of Montecristo is stunning. The accommodation is well equipped. Communication with Raffaele is smooth, he is very responsive, friendly. The location of the apartment makes it easy to travel around the island. An excellent property!

Beautifully located apartment with wonderful views! Unfortunately, we had little sun on the north-facing terrace at the end of October. That's why we enjoyed staying in the sunnier garden. Alessandro is a very kind and committed host.

Very good and fast communication even before arrival. The questions were always answered very quickly and kindly. Very friendly and very nice welcome on the day of arrival, you immediately felt at home. A fantastic view of the sea and very nice terrace. The apartment is nice and clean, we felt very comfortable. The drive is quite bumpy, but no problem at all. It was a fantastically beautiful vacation for us and our dogs. Right at the house you can go for a wonderful walk with the dog. The property is completely fenced. The path to the bay is narrow and a little steep (good shoes), but in 5 minutes you are at the sea below. Beautiful. Thanks for the beautiful apartment. Superb apartment overlooking a very nice terrace, shaded and protected from the street (sea side!). The bedroom is very spacious and all tastefully decorated. Hot tub is a plus! A short walk to two excellent fish restaurants by the water…

The property was on a hilltop away from the city in a forest. The view was awesome. You had your peace and heard "only" the chirping of the birds. The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. La Gualda Vecchia: a picturesque idyll away from the hustle of everyday life. On 9 hectares of forest in the middle of the wild and at the same time redemptively quiet Tuscany, the two hosts have realized their lifelong dream. And luckily, they let us share it. The house with its Tuscan charm, stylish rooms and lovely furnishings rests on a small hill from which you can look into the depths of the Etruscan forests. And all around: a garden that was not completely discovered even after a few days. Walking from the yurt across the path of emotions, to the SPA, past a small greenhouse and then through the vegetable and flower garden you can forget the time. It was just incredible! Thank you for everything!!!
