staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

Sebastiano is a host who makes you feel immediately at home, a perfect accommodation as described and above all very clean, convenient parking in front and also shops and clubs within a two-minute walk make the stay pleasant In short, Sebastiano's care for education and responsiveness make this corner of the world a place of seven stars and deserves them all. Sandra's place is small, clean, and welcoming. She was kind, helpful, and very nice. He gave us all the information we needed and also some tips and advice on restaurants and surroundings. Highly recommended

A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and exactly as described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks to the large patio with a table that can be used for dinners with friends. In addition, the location of the house is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

The home was spotlessly clean , close to amenities & walking distance to the beach & in a lovely location with beautiful garden’s back and front , lovely area to sit & have a barbecue. I would highly recommend it !!

Very cute apartment with a fantastic location and mega beautiful view from the balcony. We always slept open with a balcony door to hear the waves. Luigi and Loredana are both very kind and helpful. Everything very straightforward and pleasant.

Lorenzo's place was aboth welcoming and peaceful. The view to the famous Monte Cassino Abbey was great. There was lots of space and equipment for FreeTime activities. We'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing views across the hills to the seas in the far distance and very spacious villa. Pool with view, and the extensive outdoor patio spaces, were the highlight for us and where we spent most of our time. Villa had AC and was refreshingly cold in the summer heat. Lenola is walkable up the hill. House is as described - quite spartanly furnished, as many Mediterranean holiday homes are, and kitchen has the essentials. We asked for a kettle and more wine glasses and these were delivered new the next morning. Host Aldo was very friendly and flexible and we communicated fine through Google Translate. Highly recommend Osteria La Sevici in the village for traditional home cooked pasta. Thank you, Aldo!
