Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. El apartamento de Maria paula es increíble, se encuentra muy bien dotado y moderno ! sin duda lo volvería a escoger.

El departamento es muy lindo, limpio y muy bien ubicado, tal cual como las fotos. Victor y Alexis se comunicaron efectivamente. Lo unico que el aire acondicionado de la habitacion proncipal no enfriaba lo suficiente. En lineas fenerales, todo muy bien y regresariamos a hospedarnos con mucho gusto en unas proximas vacaciones.

El sitio esta muy bien situado, muy tranquilo y muy bonito💐🌸. El apartamento cumple con las especificaciones, coincide con las fotos y es muy bonito. El mejor plus fue que el apto tiene youtube premium! Excelente. Muchas gracias😇☺️😌

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

La experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. Todos los ambientes –habitaciones, balcones, baños, cocina y sala– estaban muy organizados, impecables y bien equipados. El aire acondicionado y el calentador de agua funcionaron perfectamente. La ubicación es central y estratégica, aunque el acceso en carro puede requerir rodeos debido a la organización del tránsito en la ciudad, no por el apartamento en sí. El único punto negativo que me parece importante señalar es que el aislamiento acústico no es bueno, pues se escuchaba com bastante claridad el ruido de la autopista (carros, motos, ambulancias, etc.), lo cual fue realmente muy incómodo em algunos momentos. Sin embargo, en términos generales, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía y disfrutamos mucho del apartamento, que ofrece una excelente calidad y comodidad. Sin duda, una óptima experiencia.

Este lugar es muy bueno. Es tranquilo, bonito y fresco. El aseo del lugar es impecable y vale la pena totalmente. Olga, quien trabaja en el sitio es una gran ayuda desde antes de llegar al sitio. Todo un lugar perfecto para volver.

Súper recomendado, es como estar en casa, todo se encontró limpio, don Omar muy atento a cualquier inquietud, muy tranquilo el lugar y a 10 minutos de Curiti, valió la pena. Mil gracias don Omar

Orlando es un excelente anfitrión, super querido. Gracias Orlando por permitirnos disfrutar de su casa, la familia entera quedó muy contenta. La casa es absulotumante espectacular, cómoda, bonita, todo de buena calidad y buen gusto. La zona es super tranquila, buen espacio d eparqueadero, la zona de BBQ es excelmete, cuenta con una ampia zona verde y linda vista a las montañas. Para quienes viajan y no conocen la zona, llevar repelente es la única recomendacion para futuros viajeros.
