Staying there was a great choice! Liz and Luiz are very good hosts. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place and the landscape are. The apartment lacks nothing: it has a spacious parking lot, washing machine, towels, soap, shampoo... literally everything! We would definitely come back. For people who go with a vehicle it is an excellent option: the space is very spacious and comfortable, and since it is a closed complex it has security, so it is super safe.

Exceptionally nice and warm welcome with a cake and little balloons ! And the exceptional care continued through our entire stay : any assistance needed, any information requested were responded to quasi immediately and very kindly . The views from the 35th floor at the Infinity sky club building are superb. The rooftop pool is amazing. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to have a great sojourn in Bucaramanga.

The place was in pristine condition, super clean and very pleasant to be in. The communication was excellent, that genuinely stuck out to me. Overall, incredibly accommodating.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, airy, clean, with the necessary amenities for your stay, an excellent location, no noise, a place to rest. Close to a chapel, supermarkets, D1, shopping malls and bars, a safe place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent, highly recommended, but keep in mind that it is on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Excellent space to spend time as a family. With everything you need for a great stay. Sandra Paola is always very attentive and attentive to everything we needed and the recommendations to visit and get to know that beautiful region. We loved the accommodation, very quiet , comfortable,organized and clean, the service of the hosts was very attentive. Excellent accommodation option for a quiet and different destination. We recommend it 100% and we would definitely come back.

We stayed at the apartment in Paipa for two nights. It's a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The space is small and I think it's just right for up to 3 people. It has a garage with vehicle elevator access. On the building's terrace, there is a small swimming pool with a sauna (extra price but reduced) and an exercise and play area. The building is within walking distance of the lake, we got around well with a vehicle so I don't know what it's like by public transport. We appreciate that the nightly rate is very competitive compared to other apartments in the same building.
