EXCELLENT AP, spectacular, very spacious, comfortable, quiet, central, total cleanliness, the kitchen is super equipped, the attention of the security ladies and the host was surprising, 10/10, super cordial, very attentive to all requests, my family and I really felt at home.

100% recommended, I would stay here again.

The place was wonderful, just like the description, the space was very clean and organized. The pool service is very good to go with children. Gilberto and Liliana's attention was also super adequate, with constant communication and everything was very clear.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. The apartment is great, very clean and exactly like the pictures. The pool was very clean too. There are local shops nearby in walkable distance and it’s close to restaurants via a few minutes taxi ride. Would highly recommend this listing to others, great stay

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is spectacular, comfortable, beautiful, all of good quality and good taste. The area is super quiet, good eparqueadero space, the BBQ area is excellent, it has a large green area and beautiful views of the mountains. For those who travel and don't know the area, wear repeelente is the only recommendation for future travelers.
