Vacation rentals with a patio in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella

We had some trouble finding the entrance to the residential complex at first, Google Maps is a bit confusing (the black gate with the number 9 is the entrance, enter the code there). But from then on, everything worked with the instructions we got in advance, the door lock is controlled with an app. The apartment is really super nicely furnished with a lot of attention to detail, an absolute boho dream, as in the photos. Everything was super clean, the bed comfortable, it was quiet and there is parking right in front of the house. It is a stone's throw to Bardolino and Lazise, but about 5 minutes walk away there is also a restaurant with great terrace, the Tavernetta Corte Torcolo, the food was mega! We would book the place again anytime!

Very private, clean and peaceful oasis between grape and olive gardens 🥰 An appartment was very clean and fully equipped kitchen! Very nice wine glasses and coffee cups 🫠🫠 Looks like they put a lot og effort in making this appartment comfortable for guests. Would definitely stay again 🥰

Communication with Boris an 11/10. Always available, super fast answers, absolutely understandable instructions, simply GREAT! The apartment is really very small, the two of us had a large suitcase and with this the room by the couch is already well filled, but that doesn't matter at all, as the bed offers plenty of space (also for 2 people >1.80m) We cooked 2x and always used the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner :) The view from the terrace was great, also the way to the lake is short and the pebble beach is fine. You are within max. 10 minutes directly in Garda on foot and 5 minutes by car to the nearest large supermarket in Garda. We absolutely loved our stay and were very satisfied. Thank you :)

The four of us had a wonderful stay at the property. The apartment is even more beautiful in real life than it looks in the photos. In particular, the terrace and the view are breathtaking. The kitchen was also great; all utensils available to cook for yourself. Otherwise, check-in and check-out with Hubert were great. We felt right at home with the friendly hosts. If we go to Lake Garda again, we'll be happy to come back. 😊

Great location and a clean modern flat with a great shower and one spacious bedroom. The photos imply that there are two bedrooms with double beds, however there is in fact only 1 bedroom plus a small second room with a split level sofa bed which is not really suitable for two adults. This was disappointing although in other respects the flat is great.

We had a lovely week. Gabi is an excellent host and the apartment is amazing- the best we have ever visited. The photos don't do it justice. The town is a short walk away, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Recommend hiring a boat late in the afternoon and the local water sports are very convenient. Overall, hugely recommended!

The place was great and worth every penny. The 25-meter pool alone is great to relax after a sightseeing day. The air conditioning was also worth its weight in gold, because it was very hot. We found the apartment to be quiet, in the evening the windows were closed and you didn't hear anything. You can quickly reach the old town, the train station and the ferry dock from the apartment. Diletta is great, was quick to reach and incredibly helpful. We will be back.

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Sergio’s house was great, spacious, cool, well equipped,peaceful and yet only 10 to 15 minutes to Lake Garda at Lazise. We were a group of six, four adults and two young children and the house worked perfectly for us. The house was cool and spacious, the garden area was lovely offering shade or sun and best of all Sergio and his family were so welcoming and friendly and so very tolerant of our excited and noisy girls aged 6and 3. We bought cherries at the local farm, cheap, delicious and only a short walk away. We ate out in Busselengo, the steakhouse was great, better than in the tourist resorts and only a few minutes away, nice cafes on the square in Busselengo and much less touristy vibe. Sergio’s is one of the best stays we have had in Italy and we would certainly stay there again when we visit lake Garda.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Francesco was very welcoming, we had no problems. The room is identical to the photos, I thought there was no fridge but it was there with bottles of water and orange juice. Small cookies and jams were provided for breakfast. Thank you Francesco :)

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Very nice and impeccable place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Verona by car. Very responsive and available host. Don't hesitate to take a trip to Verona and the many nearby vineyards.

What can I say except that staying here for a week was the best decision we made. It was a comforting and relaxing place to return to after exploring Verona, Lake Garda, Soave, Mantua, Vicenza and a few local hikes. Our hosts helped plan our days and gave great travel advice.

We spent 2 weeks at Marcella's place and we had a really good time. The house is clean, it has a beautiful view and it is very well located near hiking and rock climbing routes. Marcella is a wonderful host, always willing to help us with anything we asked for. We would definitely come back for another holiday. Highly recommended!

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

We enjoyed the time at Serena's very much! Very warm, family-like! A beautiful place to stay where peace is guaranteed. The peacocks in the yard delighted us every day - just like the family dog. We would love to go again and again. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Marisa is a wonderfully attentive host who maintains contact on her own initiative and offers her advice and support in all matters, in the best German, by the way. The apartment is very harmonious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning, set to quiet, is very pleasant. We liked to use the outdoor seating in the quiet alley and also the bars, shops, bakeries and the ice cream shop in the immediate vicinity. Those who "come home" from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda meet familiar faces and soon feel like part of the village. Thank you, Marisa, for the wonderful holiday week with you.

A conveniently located location (only a 10 minute walk to Piazza bra). The apartment is exactly as described and the balcony is excellent. Great value for money - would recommend to other travelers.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience, we stayed for the three nights. Marco is very responsive, place was very clean, cozy, well decorated. I will recommend this place for sure.

Our first Airbnb vacation and it was a great decision!! 🥰 Perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet with a breathtaking view and great location. We could admire the view at breakfast every morning. From the property, you can reach Garda itself in 4 minutes by car. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Likewise, in the evening and by the pool in the afternoon, there is a great view in the middle of the mountain, down to Garda and to the lake. Almost no cars pass by. You can therefore enjoy the silence and the bird concert. ☺️ The pool and facilities were always very well maintained. In the apartment was even more than indicated. There was dish soap, shampoo, drying cloth, dishwashing sponge and toilet paper. We would definitely come back. Thank you, for everything also to Massimo :)
