Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Santa Rosa Department

The perfect place to disconnect. It far exceeded our expectations, no photos would do it justice. Felipe and Susi are very friendly and willing to help us in our stay. The space is comfortable, cool and safe. We hope to return soon.

The photos show the place very well, although when you arrive it looks much better and nicer. I liked that in the kitchen there were enough utensils, glassware and pure water that was enough for our 3-day stay. The comfortable rooms and the air conditioning always functional to keep the rooms cool, it was also useful that they included 3 towels per room. Rosmery's service was very precise and clear instructions from the house when we arrived. In general, everything was very clean and tidy, and best of all, the exit to the beach was clear and clean.

The place is very nice, communication with the host is excellent, the people in the surroundings are very friendly, you must drive a high car because the surrounding streets are in poor condition, especially in winter, since they are not paved (it was the only thing I did not like because I had a low car and it hit the streets, I had to go around several times looking for streets where my vehicle could pass without damaging it).

Dulce was a very attentive, responsible and flexible host, she helped me with all my questions and resolved some pending issues quickly and efficiently, the accommodation met and exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and tidy, it is better in person than in the photos!!

Exceptional experience! The place is impressive, offering much more than what the photos and the ad show. It is fully equipped: full kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, music speaker, enough towels, sauna and a large and beautiful garden. The location is ideal, with two entrances that allow you to disconnect for a weekend without leaving the city. In addition, the road is in excellent condition. Security is impeccable, with an attentive guard providing support in the house. There is ample parking, and Inés's service was excellent, always attentive and friendly. A very convenient detail was the mini store inside the house, where we found charcoal and ice without having to leave. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi — simply spectacular. We'll definitely be back!

The stay was incredible Luis is an excellent host, the facilities match the photographs, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy it is the one, since it is a very calm sector and with wide privacy, the nature that surrounds the house allowed us to see different species of birds both day and night. We will definitely be back soon!

A very cozy place, ideal for resting and deconcentrating from the routine, without going far from the city. The place is just as it's shown in the pictures.

Our stay at this cabin on Lake Amatitlán was fantastic! Communication with the host was a breeze, making check-in super easy. We simply honked upon arrival and were quickly granted access to the property. We appreciated the added sense of security. While the cabin isn't directly on the lake, it's just a short and easy drive down, or about a 10-minute walk. The cabin itself was absolutely pristine and looked exactly like the photos online. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay near Lake Amatitlán! Thank you Estuardo
