Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Rosa Department

The place is just as it is shown in the pictures. We loved it and would be happy to stay again. It is a stone's throw from the sea and we were able to appreciate a beautiful sunset on the beach. Carol had very good communication and flexibility. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent bungalow that we had facing the sea, the rooms are the same as the photos, close to restaurants for lunch, very good service from Don Miguel, always kind. The pool is for the 5 bungalows

Really great stay, loved the pool, the room, and of course la playa! Everyone was super friendly and the sunsets were amazing, particularly with the baby turtle release!

We had a great stay at Lisseth’s house during Semana Santa. The home was as described: clean and comfortable with my family and friends. The condominium is safe; our kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Communication with Lisseth was easy and prompt. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The experience you get in this place is worth it. Really close to the beach (about 5 min walking). Incredible water slide. Great space. Loved the hamacas. Really kind hostess.

The house was even better in person! Lots of space to hang out, cook and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed the partially covered pool and the hammocks overlooking the ocean. Being there felt safe and private.

We had a family and friends get together. We loved the spacious social areas, specially the ranch and big pool. The hammocks area is very nice to rest or even take a nap with the sound & ocean breeze on the back. It is really nice to be able to walk to the beach and also be able to observe the ocean from inside the swimming pool. Overall the house is very nice, spacious, the bedrooms also spacious with the convenience of private bathrooms on each bedroom. The only has an issue; with the various stray dogs entering the property at night and tipping the trash cans all over the area. As a result of this incident, my son sustained a cut on his foot from broken glass in the trash. We had to go get antibiotics, gauze and a cane to assist him, and seek medical care in the city. We would kindly recommend considering the installation of a fence or gate around the trash cans to prevent future occurrence like this, as it would ensure the safety & comfort future guests. I had a great experience at this Airbnb. I have been to many places, but this has been the best so far in Guatemala. From the moment you arrive, everything is very well explained and easy to follow. The place is full of details that make the stay special: coffee, cookies, chips, cleaning products, washing machine and dryer with soap included. It is spacious, very clean, with excellent air conditioning both up and down, and televisions on both floors. Very comfortable, cozy and well thought out. It shows the care and dedication of the host. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.
