Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa María Pipioltepec

It was a very pleasant and quiet stay, the house was very comfortable and clean, the terrace is a must, at night you can enjoy a lot, the only inconvenience was the water from the showers, we did not achieve the average temperature and it was very hot. In general, everything was very good!

It's a comfortable, cozy place, it has everything you need to stay overnight, it's away from the noise, so you can relax. Very clean, it has 2 bathrooms which have paper, soap, towels. There's frets in case you're busy getting something ready. It's 13 minutes from downtown Avandaro by car. Loved it!!

Marian is a good hostess, since I answer my doubts and was pending our arrival, I support us with a clear and accurate description of how to get to the place.

Book now - this entire place/location is spectacular and magical! Augustin was a gem helping us on the compound for anything we needed! We felt right at home with all the modern amenities in a remote location - views, pool, bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional!

Excellent service from the host, very clean and with good space, the description matches the accommodation, good view and short walks to get to places like restaurants, oxxo, downtown, etc., it has parking and the area is very quiet, it also has a barbecue area, I highly recommend it.

In truth, the place that Amparo offers is magnificent!!! It's incredibly central, the place is super clean, the beds are comfortable and all the bedding smells delicious!!!!

Lovely Airbnb - lots of natural light, clean, spacious. Communication with the hosts was great and it was very helpful to have Conny in the house to help us with any questions as well as cooking/cleaning if needed. Gordon regularly checked in to ensure we had what we needed. There is an area with cute restaurants/cafes about 10min walking distance from the house, including a Starbucks. Worth being aware that heating the pool and jacuzzi has an extra charge - it does get cold once the sun sets so that may be needed. Better to bring your own car, but if you don't it's possible to book taxis. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this beautiful house twice in the past year, most recently as a home for my family during my wedding in Valle de Bravo. It is an incredible house. There is a spectacular view of the lake from a large terrace, as well as a communal pool and private jacuzzi. But what really makes this property special is the location. There are a ton of large casas around Valle to choose from, but most are a long way up a hillside, only accessible by car down roads that are challenging to drive and navigate. This house however is in the center of the historical town of Valle de Bravo. All the restaurants, shops, and the waterfront in this beautiful town are a short walk away. This house was perfect for my family who were reluctant to drive on this trip (particularly through Mexico City which you would need to do to rent a car here). Luisa is a fantastic host, easy to contact and helped a lot with all my queries. The staff in the house are attentive and helpful.

Magnificent stay in Valle de Bravo. As Matthew described it on airbnb and upon our arrival. Very comfortable house, comfortable, warm, not luxurious but quite suitable that make it very pleasant and Matthew the host is always available, very good attitude, very attentive, very good advice. We had a little inconvenience with leaving the door closed and he resolved it quickly. With all this, we consider that our stay was very satisfactory, warm in facilities and by Matthew and the people who support him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house is larger than what the photographs show, it is in a quiet place, walking you get to the shopping area, which has everything, nearby medical service (red cross). Quiet and friendly neighbors. The house has clean bed linen, towels, bathroom service and basic fittings in the kitchen, such as garrafon water, salt, sugar, coffee, pasta soup, spices and more than enough kitchen utensils. A steakhouse for some delicious barbecues on the terrace. Family nights by the fire pit were harmonious and pleasant, it has abundant firewood for the fireplaces or fireplace. The friendly, efficient, honest and respectful grooming people. A host of excellence, beautiful place, I highly recommend it, sure to return ;)

Very nice Jorge's house, very comfortable and full of kitchen tools in case you do not bring things or forgets for your stay.

It's true that there's a little noise in the room near the balcony, but otherwise it's excellent. We'll definitely be back.

The property is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it very accessible. It's easy to get around, and the neighborhood feels safe, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free.

Everything was fine, it was just strange to share the accommodation, it's the first time I've experienced something like this, but overall everything was very good. The host was very friendly and attentive the whole time.

I came for the paragliding season and was able to work remotely too! wifi is around 15-20mbs ave for me, so zoom video calls were unstable 1/5 times. I'm also sensitive to smell so I needed to use the humidifier and incense everyday. I read a review there that there was a musky smell and it definitely has that damp towel smell, but again, nothing the humidifier and daily incense couldn't fix :) the location is great! I loved the terrace on top! beautiful sunsets up there. overall, friggen love this family and my time in Valle!

Great communication. The room was quite cold - would be great if they supplied a space heater or more extra blankets. Didn't shower so can't comment on that. Wifi was quite slow. Otherwise, as described.
