Amazing place! Really enjoyed it! Very local and many things to do close to the accommodation. Only thing is chickens wake you up very very early! But if you an early morning person it’s awesome

One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in. Location is perfect for staying in the beautiful east region of Sardinia - in Olgiastra, which is a blue zone. You really see, feel and experience the blue zone from how welcoming, warm, kind & generous the hosts are, and becuse Baunei is a small village, you can see all of the friendly locals walking around. The hosts left fruits & veg from their garden in our fridge and freshly made drinks. The apartment has the most beautiful view of the mountains & sunset, it is modern, clean, children friendly and just mesmerising. It comes with everything you need (outdoor courtyard & washing machine) & Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Simona was always available to answer questions promptly and provided a guide of the best recommendations for restaurants. Great Restaurants & Food markets are local, within walking distance. You are in the best location to get to hot spots - Cala Gonone, Goloritze, Marilou. Beautiful hikes & beaches of east. We will be back!

Very clean apartment, close to the beach. We were able to shelter our motorcycles in a large garage. Very nice owner.

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

We were allowed to stay in Federica's wonderful house for 10 days. The house was very clean and we were very comfortable. The decor was very new and modern. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There are many seating options, the kitchen is well equipped down to the last detail. The location of the house is perfect for a family. The proximity to a beautiful bathing bay was ideal. Communication was smooth and reliable.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Well equipped and cosy apartment with fantastic sea view. Calm neighborhood, 15 min drive to the next centrum. Beautiful community pool, but without shadow. Laura was a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The accommodation was pleasant and very functional. We enjoyed the communication with Michele and Agnese who were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great apartment, equipped for any need and even more. Excellent location for shopping and for those who want to reach the beaches without having to use the car. The owners were more than helpful and exquisitely kind. Absolutely recommended.

I would not only give this place 5, but preferably 10 stars – because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this place.

We had a wonderful time at Marcantonio's place. The place is beautiful, new, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly arranged for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. I highly recommend this listing!
