Waterfront vacation rentals in Santa Maria Navarrese

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

This has been by far the most professional airbnb I've been in so far. Prior to our arrival we received a video in which Alessandro showed us all the specifications of the appartment, how to log in etc. On top of that we got a welcoming book with all the details and a lot of suggestions for trips in the area. During our stay, every time we had a question, Alessandro was there with a quick response. The apartment is wonderfully located, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you Alessandro for a great vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

We felt very comfortable with Manuela. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, cafes, ice cream parlor and playground. The apartment was surprisingly large and offered a lot of privacy thanks to the sheltered location in the courtyard. Communication with Manuela was also great. Amazing host Amazing house

We spent 14 days in this wonderful apartment in a fantastic and quiet location, felt very comfortable, spent a great vacation. Alexandra, our contact person on site, was always available and extremely friendly. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the poor, to non-existent WiFi and the poor mobile network coverage, which, however, turned out to be positive, as it can sometimes be quite liberating to do without it. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation and would book it again at any time.

We were there for a total of 3.5 weeks our two children (4 and 1) in the accommodation. We had a great time and felt very much at home We especially enjoyed the terrace. You have the whole day sun. If it gets too warm, you can go into the shady garden ( unfortunately artificial grass, but still very nice). The most important things are available in the accommodation. You can explore the surroundings from there with a vehicle. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful and very child-friendly beach Lido di Orrì can be reached quickly by car. The beach on site is also very nice (beautiful water). We would come back anytime.

We had a really nice stay in Ivos house, the nature around is amazing and the sea not far. Ivo always answered really fast, we just were unlucky with the weather.

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We stayed with Federica as a family of three for 5 nights and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The place is a bit remote, but just as we wanted! Restaurants, beach bars and mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the place!

Very nice house right by the sea, where you can also have a good time with two small children. On the beach in our time a lot of seaweed, but very private, there were hardly any other people there. The house is a little simpler, but you actually have everything you need. Thank you for the good time!

A lovely cottage with a great terrace and "EXCELLENT" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

We felt very welcome! The host was super nice, always available, gave us great tips for the area, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were there in April and Simone made us comfortable despite the cool weather. He even shopped for us because we arrived late in the evening. The location right by the beach was second to none. Apart from Alessio being a kind host, his airbnb is located very close to Santa Maria beach and Santa Maria port, making it an ideal place to stay for anyone who wishes to explore the beautiful Baunei coast. We stayed at his place for 10 days and it was perfect to thoroughly explore the best of Baunei coast.

Beautiful home! Stocked with snacks and water to get us started. We tried to replenish what we used. Also had umbrellas to use at the beach that came in handy. We had a great stay!

This apartment was perfect for two of us in a fantastic location so close to an amazing beach. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great shower. Alessio the host was kind enough of wait very late in the evening for us to arrive to check-in and gave great recommendations of what to do during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
