The apartment is in the beautiful village of Braunei, on foot you are immediately in the village, yet it is quiet. You have a fantastic view of the valley, the mountains and even the sea (from the terrace). If guests walk from the house on their terrace, that can be heard - but it didn't bother at all! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and when we were missing something, Elias brought it to us in a few hours! He is extremely accommodating and helpful and has given us valuable tips for restaurants and excursions. Absolutely recommended!

Giovanna's house is a little gem. Wonderfully restored, with many lovingly selected details and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Excellent beds (not always a given in Italy), in which you can sleep well because you don't hear any traffic on the main road of Baunei. The evening view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The parking space in the yard is also worth gold, but the car should not be too long, because often people park across from it. However, you can easily park the car at the end of the village in a public square. When, towards the end of our stay, the water supply in Baunei was a bit stagnant due to the drought, Giovanna was immediately available and sent someone over to switch to the water reserve (a large cistern on the property). Otherwise, the contact was also very pleasant. We really fell in love with the house and will definitely be back!

Great stay at Maria´s lovely little house. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortabele. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Communication with Maria was amazing, she was so nice.

We loved our stay at Antonio/Marco's place is peaceful among the olive trees, ideally located between sea and mountain. The accommodation is modern, very clean, has all the amenities . Thank you to our hosts for their responsiveness and guidance. we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

If you’re in Baunei this is the place to stay. We were actually sad we were there only for one day. The little house is adorable. With your own garden area where you can chill and make a bbq. I can only recommend this place. We were also send very detailed information as how to find the house and the parking. Everything went smooth.

We stayed at Vittorio and Paola’s place in Girasole for four weeks and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located – peaceful but close to everything. There are stunning beaches, great restaurants, and tons of activities nearby. We felt completely at home from day one and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Great location, spacious and cozy apartment. We were welcomed with a wine bottle and local cakes. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the apartment has a homey and rustic touch. Great terrace overlooking the sea. Short distance to the beach. The waves can make noise and it can get cold inside but there is a pellet fireplace that provides good heat. All you need of kitchen equipment, towels etc. We came out of season (April) but there are several eateries and shops nearby. Also recommend Pedra longa, nice hiking trails! We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

We had 2 wonderful days in this accommodation, which was not lonely, but still very quiet with a great view of the sea with sun in the morning in front and in the afternoon behind in the small Garden. Great location on the mountainside. Communication with Christian and Fabrizia was super nice😊💕 and Christian's mom greeted us nicely in German! Very convenient and cozy. I was Maria's guest with my family and we were all very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Great location for visiting the many beaches of Ogliastra, minutes away by car. Cozy and cool apartment thanks to the sheltered location. Maria and her family gave us lots of tips (places to visit, festivals of the period, restaurants) making us feel really guests. Really recommended!!

We spent four nights in the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't miss anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The place is small but cozy. The bedroom is easy to heat (or cool) and you have access to a small balcony. There is also a roof terrace with a great view. In some cases, the apartment remains a little damp because it can't ventilate as well (fireplace at the house across the street). Daniela was very helpful and communication worked out great. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

This is a little gem, top notch, Anna’s place is one of the best air bnb apartments we stayed at! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, including a delicious welcoming gift! Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet area with absolutely fantastic views from the terrace and the front balcony, just like the pictures! Very walkable to town and to hiking trails. Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Incredibly beautiful view of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area, great hikes in dream bays (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, many useful tips in the apartment. We would come back anytime.
