Impeccable! In addition to having an amazing location, the place was extremely clean, organized and fragrant. We were very surprised by the structure available at the hotel; great, super safe for hiking and has a really cool playground for the kids. We felt at home! I recommend it and we will come back more often.

Perfect apartment, one of the best accommodations I've ever had on AIRBNB. All by listing and even better. Apartment in front of the Stone Cathedral (Nossa Senhora de Lourdes) in Canela. Brand new and super well maintained and equipped. Access to 2 underground parking spaces (side by side and fits any vehicle/truck). Elevator. Apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very comfortable suite, and another social bathroom. Hot water on all faucets and showers. Hot/cold air in the rooms. Automatic blinds. Wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Barbecue in the kitchen (large charcoal). Large living room and bedroom TVs. Balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, duplex refrigerator, all utensils and also washer/dryer. I emphasize the differentiated service that Diva gave us, always very helpful and quick in answering our questions. My family and I (5 adults in total) were very satisfied. I highly recommend this apartment! It is a hotel, with reception, room service, breakfast, swimming pool, very good wifi, among other amenities. The room has central heating, super comfortable on cold days! The bathroom is very nice too. We use the extra beds, we stayed in 4 people in the apartment, we settled very well. The hotel reception is sensational, super careful and attentive. Breakfast should be ordered separately, but it's really worth it. There is also the heated and covered pool, with scheduling, it is also worth it if you are staying more days in the apt. Anyway, it was a great stay!! See you next time!

Certainly, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Gramado, a super complete resort with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations expected of an accommodation of this standard, not to mention that it is on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions, super fast and easy check-in and checkout, I recommend it without a doubt.

Beautiful place, honestly we like cinnamon more than Gramado, very well located very spacious house, at first for 8 people but it fits well over very large 3 floors well equipped, we love it was amazing our trip, we hope to return again…

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!
