All brand-new, fresh, clean and delicious bedding.. and the excellent location! We did not know that it would be so well located in the center, close to everything and in front of a small square, where the boys could play. We highly recommend it and if we go back one day, we will stay there. Congratulations!

Great accommodation, clean and organized space. Near Coberta Street and the main street of Gramado (Av. Borges de Medeiros) , a privileged and quiet location. The apartment accommodated with peace of mind 6 people and my children. We received gifts at the entrance and the highlight is also the lady ROSA, a cheerful, very polite and kind lady who received us at the entrance for the delivery of the keys. I recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

Very organized environment, beautiful decoration, everything was clean, the shower heats up well, everything was working perfectly, Internet, television, refrigerator, stove. Location close to the center, and the owners are very attentive and polite.

Ana Maria's house is beautiful and comfortable, we feel great! Pleasant, clean and had everything we needed. I went with a child and had cradle mounted and prepared for my son. The location is great and we feel safe because it is a gated community.

Extremely nice house and garden. Child-friendly place. Barbecue inside and outside the house. A place with a fireplace, very nice for family gatherings. We really enjoyed the stay, except for the bathrooms where we could not use the two showers at the same time, as this was the recommendation.

The city is very hospitable and Renato was a 10-star host. All my questions and needs were promptly answered. The space is exactly as advertised, well located, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and other amenities nearby. We were surprised by an absurd heat wave that did not allow us to explore much of the city's natural beauty, but the cozy split air-conditioned house exceeded expectations. We had great days of rest! I'll definitely be back.

Daniel's place is just like the listing. Well decorated, and well located. The condominium is closed and secure. The comfortable beds and the well-organized rooms. I traveled with my wife and 9-month-old daughter and the house was perfect for children. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. The laundry room with the washer/dryer helped us a lot. Daniel was always available to help with questions and other information.

Apartment with great location, clean and airy. Great shower. Kitchen and laundry equipped with all utensils and appliances. We had a great reception — Marta was very helpful and friendly. The condominium is very quiet and quiet. We stayed for 10 days and went in three people; the apartment met us super well. We will return whenever possible!!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The green environment makes it very nice, in addition to the proximity to the center, which is a very good aspect. At the time we went to Gramado, it was very difficult to drive and find a place to park because of the traffic. Walking was one of the best options to get to know the city.
