We loved our stay, the Villa was well laid out, very clean and had everything we needed. Joao was an excellent host communicating throughout our stay and provided excellent recommendations. Everything was easy to find and the towns nearby provided everything we needed within a ten minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a restful stay.

Fabulous in all respects: Carla, (her communications, help, humour and charm), the Villa, (comfort, facilities and cleanliness), the area, (quiet, peaceful, relaxing and an easy walk into town) and Tavira, (restaurants, bars, the boat trip to the island and chilled atmosphere). We’ll be back!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt direkt an dem Naturschutzgebiet und kann von der Terrasse aus Vögel und Boote beobachten. auch der Garten war perfekt, gerade mit zwei Kindern. Toll fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, die Boote und Fahrräder zu benutzen. Uns wurde sogar ein Fahrradsitz für Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider haben wir das Angebot dann doch nicht so genutzt. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schön war auch, mit dem Solarboot zum Strand auf die Lagune zu fahren. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist und die Nachbarn andere Schlafens- und Wachzeiten hatten. Hat uns aber auch nur gestört wegen den Kindern. Ansonsten hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Lovely house, really well stocked with essentials like coffee, tea etc - a welcome bottle of wine , Cold cuts , chesse- 4 good size bedrooms, nice patio, pool and jacuzzi

This place was amazing and Carmen was there to help us during the entire stay. Amazing heated pool and the beer machine was of great help.

What a slice of heaven on the outskirts of Faro. A beautiful garden, stunning views and lovely terrace for us to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. A true hidden gem, they also serve the most unreal breakfast with fresh ingredients sourced locally and from their own garden. Alex & Monique gave us the best recommendations, from restaurants to more private beaches. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

We're four friends who had a great stay at José's lovely beach house. He was super-friendly & helpful, and gave us flexibility on check-in/out times. There's an un-official 4th bedroom - it's small with bunk beds & no windows - but it was a nice surprise as it meant no-one had to share a room. The master bedroom is spacious with a big en-suite & there's another large bathroom too. We all thought our beds were firm & very comfortable with soft cotton bed linen. The kitchen was very well-equipped (for a short-term rental), although we could have used another chopping board. The little garden out the back was so peaceful and pretty with a lemon tree in full fruit and a big sociable table & chairs. Another set outside on the front verandah meant we could take full advantage of the lovely ocean/island views and sit in the sun eating breakfast & other meals. We all loved the house, the location and Jose's friendliness & simpatico approach. Full marks all round for a great long weekend

Susana was a wonderful host. The apartment was big , clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great!. From the bus stop across the street you can take the bus to many cities in Portugal and Spain. Since the apartment is on the top floor you can not hear the noise from old town Albufeira. We did enjoy our stay.

Jonathan is an excellent host! Great communication and the place is so perfectly located just far away enough to be quiet at night and close enough to all the action you desire! The pictures do not do justice to the amazingness of the area!! Highly recommend!

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

We had a fantastic stay at Fatima's beautiful property. It exceeded our expectations, offering privacy, stunning peaceful surroundings, ample facilities on site and easy access to surrounding beaches and towns. Our children spent much of their time in the swimming pools, but our highlight was the amazing farm kitchen where we collected coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and warm baked bread every morning along with a variety of fruits from the farm surrounding the property. Fatima and her team were exceptional hosts. Considerate, helpful and quick to respond. We were welcomed as old friends and given a guided tour on arrival, then left with space and privacy. Any questions that arose were answered quickly, we were even offered fresh cakes one morning! We would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much Fatima!

Looks exactly like the pictures. The place provided towels, beach towels, detergent for washing machine, cutlery etc. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location is a short walk away from a lot of food options, train/bus Place was very clean when we arrived and checking in was quick and easy. Overall great stay!

Très bon séjour chez Alvaro et Isabel. Le logement est très propre et soigné et avec décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Très proche du centre de Faro et ses rues piétonnes. Possible de tout faire à pieds. Très bon contact avec Alvaro que je regrette ne pas avoir rencontré ou ses parents . Dommage .. Mais je conseille ce logement spacieux, clair et dans une zone calme. Obrigada Alvaro et Isabel

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful estate near Loulé! The property is stunning—spacious, with a large garden, pool, and breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ulrike, our host, was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Algarve!

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

Amazing experience in this villa. The Host was exceptional always there to respond and take care of things and it shows that he cares about the place. I would recommend this to anyone. Place was clean and cozy. In a very private development. If I ever get a chance will book it again. I already forwarded to few friends in London to have that experience. Thanks Mr Helder. Madalena was a fabulous host, really friendly and always a quick response to my messages.. a stunning location, the photos really don't do it justice. We stayed for 4 nights, enjoying walking to nearby Loule. A supermarket just 5 mins walk away and a cafe. Would not hesitate to go back, thank you so much Madalena

We stayed at Rich & Yan’s place on our family holiday with our 2 year old and it was just perfect for us. It was lovely to have a big patio area outside too within easy reach of the pool (which we used every day!). Everything had been thought of, from children’s books, welcome food and drink, highchair, travel cot etc to the supply of shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash in each bathroom. We loved the clean, homely feel of the place without it feeling too cluttered. The location was perfect for us, allowing us some peace and quiet when we needed but within a 10/15 minute drive of everywhere we needed to be including beautiful beaches and restaurants. The hosts Rich & Yan were very responsive and provided plenty of recommendations and detailed check-in instructions. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone with a young family!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The garden and the pool are beautifully situated around the house - and the garden was all in bloom when we were there (April). A lovely communal area as well as very lovely rooms. The master bedroom in particular is stunning, with a gorgeous balcony. Floyd was incredibly helpful, especially in making sure we knew how to get there as it can be a bit hard to find at first. We had an amazing time staying at Leaf Mountain - thanks so much!

Wonderful house, with lots of space for outdoors activities, close to Loule where there are there is lots of wonderful restaurants and culture. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful home. The home felt like a private compound that suited my family and I really well! The rooms, living areas and outdoor space were all fantastic and exactly as advertised (if not better). The hosts were great and they used a very communicative property manager for a check in/out. I really loved the outdoor space and we spent many nights grilling on the charcoal barbecue station. Wonderful!
