The house with a private pool is set in a plot of land with a view of the sea and the coastline, with 5,000 m2, located in the typical historic village of Estoi, 6 km from Faro, the capital of the Algarve and very close to many beaches, the natural park of the Ria Formosa and is ideal for a couple with two children up to 12 years old or for 2 or 3 adults.

'House at the Ria' is located in the green resort of Pedras d’el Rei. Staying here means you’re right by 'Ria Formosa', a long course of sea water with the most wonderful and remote beaches in the Algarve. Here you have all you need only 10 minutes walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, kids club, tennis court, and even a cosy piano bar, located around the swimming pools of the resort, with free daybeds and a lifeguard. It’s the only place near Tavira where you can just walk to the beach!
