I would only recommend paying a little more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment inside before checking in the next guest, as some things/furniture are somewhat damaged. 100% recommended place to stay!

Beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked. It is so helpful when Airbnb apartments have salt and this apartment had plenty of salt! The building has a gym and a pool that is open in the summer. It is near the Bellas Artes metro station so it is very fun and convenient.

great point to visit the historic center on foot and any other subway place because the Lá Moneda station is next door. There is a market next door too, very useful for optimizing shopping, snacks. Extremely cordial and friendly reception staff. Mariana received me and took me to the market to show me where it was, even though it was 2 minutes away. It was exactly functional and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is comfortable, safe and in a good location

I love staying in this building. I have stayed there many times and Elias has a very nice unit. It is very clean and well furnished. The pillows are comfortable. The building has a gym and a pool (summer only). It’s right next to a supermarket and 1 block from metro Bellas Artes. The view is also nice.

Nearby there are some mini markets and mini restaurants, accessible to order Ubers etc. The kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, everything was impeccable. I would return for a vacation soon

The stay was quite good, in accordance with what was published and Galina was very attentive about communicating news about the building, use of the apartment and making check-in easy. The apartment is 3 blocks from the Santa Isabel metro, so it is very practical in terms of transportation. During my stay, I had no problems with annoying noises or safety.

Located in a central area, close to the main tourist spots (Palacio de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas de Santiago, Paseo Ahumada and others), with a wide variety of what you need, whether it's gastronomy, supermarkets, exchange houses, etc. The apartment has a beautiful view of the city and is exactly as advertised. Miguel was very friendly and helpful at all times, he provided us with useful information about the city, activities, places, means of transport and more. He was always in communication for whatever we needed, answering several questions (since it was our first time in Chile), which we appreciate. Totally recommended and we will definitely be back at some point.
