Paz is an excellent host. He left very clear check-in instructions and responds promptly and kindly. There was a small problem with the lock (which was not her fault, since it was new and came with a defect) and she immediately sent two people to fix it, very diligent and concerned about the comfort of her guests, even when we checked in she kept in touch and explained what happened. Very comfortable apartment, well-equipped and central. Totally recommended.

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Incredible, I stayed two months and felt right at home. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. It's close to the red line subway, and close to a lot of places. Cynthia's apartment is highly recommended!! It was a pleasure to have been there for these two months.

I really liked the listing. The door system bothered me a little, but it's more of a cultural challenge. (I was locked out, but there was a spare key at the entrance). I heard that the region is similar to downtown São Paulo, but I found it much safer. It may be more dangerous for Swedes and Danes, but for those who are Latino and know that you shouldn't walk around with your cell phone in your hand on the street as if you were inside the house, it's okay. I found it very safe and very well located. Tip: Have breakfast at the market. The cafes around are very expensive: I spent more than 80 reais on a loaf of bread + coffee brewed in the cafe in front of the building.

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. There is a Carabineros station nearby that adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
