Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Elena

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

My stay at the accommodation was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly. The place was impeccable: clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bernhard's apartment is nice, everything is as shown in the photos, clean, nice decoration and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive in responding to any concerns I had. The building's pool is impeccable and the beach club is unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

An amazing place with an excellent location, it had many surprises for me, the truth is that the photos don't do justice to what the place is like. A huge rooftop with a beautiful ocean view, you can see the ocean even from the jacuzzi. Very good induction kitchen, it has pans and pots for cooking. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just 5 minutes away. A safe place, the car park is indoor with a roof and security. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly and ready to help however he can. I will recommend it to friends and family.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

Lovely apartment on Chipipe beach. Of all the comforts: good bed, full kitchen, television, nice balcony. Good communication with the host, very helpful. He arranged for us to pick up and return the laundry. The gentlemen from the reception were also extremely accommodating and friendly, wanted to help with the jacuzzi if you indicated in advance! Surroundings were good, lots to do on the beach right in front of the door! Easy to walk during the day (20 minutes and you are at Salinas) in the evening we found it more pleasant by car. When you don't have that, it's $2 with the Uber.

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything you need. A fascinating place to go with family or friends. The hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby is pleasant, and we thought it was great that the building's management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.

The place is very nice, you have access to the pool and a beautiful and quiet private beach nearby; you can order delivery if they arrive. The apartment has all the amenities. We really liked it and would definitely recommend it, and why not? We'd go back! Maiky is an excellent host.
