Large terrace with a cabin, Jacuzzi, bar, four bedrooms with A/C, two inside the house and two in an annex within the same property. Four bathrooms, maid's room, porch, living room, dining room, large kitchen. Closed parking for up to two cars. The house accommodates up to 10 people. Only 25 minutes from Salinas and 45 minutes from Montañita.

"La Soleada" is a two-story villa, designed for a large familiy and many friends. It offers exterior areas with a different ambiance each for relax or entertainment. This 13,000 sq ft beach front property has its front door literally touching the sand. The beach is practically private and its water calm and warm. You may also enjoy the pool, in shaded areas, or on tanning recliners. Hammocks hang near our palm trees for amazing siestas. Tables for 8 go well with the grill and bar areas.

My house in Punta Blanca. Private beach and Vistamar

Independent corner house with a privileged ocean view. Large house on 1,100 square meters of land, with several outdoor spaces where you can do various activities in the same place. Beach access via a descent through a carob forest that leads to a private beach. Its own swimming pool and a grill and wood-burning oven area where you can enjoy cooking and eating outdoors in this heavenly place. Comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom.

Best Location, Nice View, Beautiful Beach

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
