I loved my stay. Gorgeous surroundings, really peaceful and there was everything I needed. The hosts were kind and friendly and checked if I needed anything. I will definitely book again if I am in the area.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable stay in North Goa!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! An Idyllic Escape in South Goa – Absolutely Perfect! Our latest holiday at Jordan's villa in Arossim was truly magical, and we can't possibly recommend it enough. Right from the time of booking, communication with Jordan was superb – timely, concise, and very helpful, making arrival absolutely hassle-free. The villa itself is a gem. Situated in a secluded, green pocket of South Goa, it provided the ideal combination of peacefulness and proximity to the surrounding beaches. All the 5 bedrooms were tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The expansive garden, intimate balcony was the standout. Jordan has made a villa but provided amenity and feel of an luxurious hotel. If you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay this villa is the place to be. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Rating: 5/5 Stars Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The property is located inside a gated community. The security is great, and it's a good place, not too far from the city areas. It is quite, serene amd comfortable. The pluge pool is small, but enough to "plunge" with two people. The community pool is cleaned daily and it is quite big. The stay was awesome and everything was very clean and tidy.

The accommodation is very quietly located in an area with old residential buildings. The busy main road is a few minutes' walk away. Everything is as described, functional and comfortable. Sapna took care of everything and personally welcomed and said goodbye to me. I'd love to come back.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.
