The site corresponds exactly to the photos and description, the very available, flexible host, their clear information about the house and the access. It's a little bit far from the center, but by car it's a 10min thing. Family condominium, quiet, no doubt a great option.

The second time we stayed and it was always great. I highly recommend it. Neighborhood has grown and now has more facilities nearby, but it still remains quiet, great for rest, in addition to insurance. Casa is a grace. Well-equipped and clean. Township met the goals again.

I stayed with my wife one night and felt at home. An amazing view of the balcony, a lot of tranquility and everything in the apartment is a great deal. Very good bed for sleeping. Exactly opposite has a market. Pertinho do Morro da Santa Cruz. We were able to visit many places from the location of the apartment. I highly recommend!

Anderson’s apartment is very nice, on a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to supermarket, and local mall with restaurants and other amenities. Anderson was very responsive and helpful at all times. Strongly recommended! It will be our go to option next time we are around!

An excellent option for Santa Cruz do Sul, Daniel's apartment is brand new, cozy, with a very complete and functional kitchen, in a condominium with a covered garage, and in a neighborhood close to the center but super quiet and peaceful. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and a beautiful sunset.

We have stayed at Eduardo's apartment several times, and the experience is always excellent. Close to the center, markets and restaurants. The apartment is quite comfortable and the hosts are a 10. The environment has a good structure for remote work during the stay. We'll be back for our next stay in Santa Cruz.
