Modern two floor apartment right next to the beach. Safe, clean and well maintained community with pool, playground and padel court. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, wifi and a large outdoor patio. A short walk from the centre of lovely El Medano where you find plenty of restaurants, shops, more beaches and a great atmosphere. Marco was an excellent host giving very clear instructions and meeting us when we arrived (even though it was later in the evening). Marco also gave us some great tips for where to go and for restaurants. The apartment was everything as described and couldn't have been closer to the beach (the patio overlooks the beach and sea). Great space, nicely furnished and well looked after. A great apartment all round - would definitely go back! 5 stars for everything!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and could easily have done a longer stint. The apartment is light and airy and larger than the pictures indicated. The bed was incredibly comfy and we went to bed every night to the soothing sound of the sea literally metres away. The balcony overlooking the beach and pedestrian promenade below is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and taking in the view. After watching groups of morning swimmers wade into the water we were tempted to pop down and do the same — and so we did. The convenience of being able to jump into a hot shower only moments after cannot be overstated! If we were to come back to El Médano we’d definitely choose this place again.

We had a wonderful week at Playa San Juan in March 2025. The house could not be in a better location and the views are stunning. It’s just a few steps down to the sheltered beach and the house is equipped with chairs and sunshades. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a supermarket about 1 minute away. It also has a bakery. Check in was straight forward and we received a warm welcome and our hosts explained everything to us. Communication was good, in part because we can manage a little Spanish, and also thanks to AU translations. The highlight for us was a boat trip where we enjoyed dolphins cavorting and having plenty of fun. We also hired a moped in the village so that we could easily explore further afield. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slightly negative comment from us is that while there is a reasonable amount of draw space, there is nowhere to hang anything.

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !

Apartament identyczny jak na zdjęciach, przepiękny widok na ocean, czysto, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne. Jest też waga, co ułatwia pakowanie walizek;) Bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy Dino. Dużo baz nurkowych w najbliższej okolicy, restauracja w porcie też niezła. Woda w oceanie przezroczysta i nawet sporo ryb do obserwacji:) Zdecydowanie polecamy i z dużym prawdopodobieństwem skorzystamy ponownie:) Bozena i Piotr

Pristine apartment. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. All we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a perfect location close to bars and restaurants but quiet inside the apartment. The pool was extremely quiet with only the three of us using it during the day. We were told that it is always like that. I cannot recommend the apartment enough. The kitchen was well equipped Communication from Rita was perfect and the offer of collection from and to the airport was an added bonus.

Die Unterkunft war absolut top! Das Treppenhaus ist eher alt und riecht sonderlich, davon aber nicht abschrecken lassen, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt in perfekter Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Strand, Restaurants, Supermärkte und vieles mehr. Julia war eine großartige Gastgeberin – super freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure

Just returned after having a wonderful holiday. Albina was a great host, easy to contact very friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a fantastic location with everything close by. Pool area was cleaned daily with plenty of loungers. Some reviews mentioned road noise which didn’t bother us. Close to some great bars and restaurants. Will definitely return in future.

Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt w apartamencie, wszystko zgodne z opisem . Komunikacja przebiegała bez zarzutu i Pani była bardzo przyjazna. Ładny widok z balkonu na ocean , idealny przy porannej kawie żeby miło zacząć dzień . Wieczorem bez problemu mogłyśmy spać przy uchylonym balkonie nie było słychać hałasu . Jedyne czego mogłabym się doczepić tego że były tylko 3 kubki a była nas czwórka , nie gotowałyśmy więc reszta była dla nas ok . Wokół jest gdzie zjeść , odpocząć i cieszyć sie nocnym życiem . Basen w obiekcie też super , woda cieplutka. Mogłyśmy zostawić swój bagaż w apartamencie kilka godzin wcześniej co uważam za duży plus . Chętnie bym wróciła do tego apartamentu.

This is my first trip to an apartment it’s usually 4 star all inclusive . I am completely converted and found my new fav place . Immaculate aprt , fresh towels left on arrival , stunning view , plenty of loungers free of charge , really nice helpful Tenerife rentals that deal with the property . It is right next to a beautiful beach stunning restaurants absolutely everything you could ask for and I am fussy . I will definitely be rebooking and have already recommended it to friends and family Thanks 🙏 for a hassle free holiday
