This is my second time visiting Jesse's home. Everything went super smoothly and I was provided with all necessary information. I love the open floor plan and you can't beat the location. I love his eco friendly approach and all the kitchen accessories he has in order to cook in house. I haven't made it in the hot tub either visit, but hope to do so next time :)

this home was absolutely gorgeous! very spacious inside and out~ barry and christy were awesome, communication was great as well. my siblings and i spent time having a staycation here for the holidays and we had a great time! the backyard is beautiful, such a wonderful setting with lights and everything, my boyfriend even set it up and proposed to me back there! was an amazing trip we won’t soon forget, definitely recommend it !!!

we loved staying here! everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the photos, plus you can’t beat the location! the beach was right across the street and walking distance to coffee, shops, food, etc. evan was super responsive and gave very clear, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. highly recommend for your next beach trip!! ☀️

I really appreciated the responses and consideration from Jaleh…she was helpful even with unexpected incidents…I would recommend her as a host for any company…the location is wonderful with no unwanted noise and traffic around the rental…convenient store is just a short walk away…there’s historical information there as well…very clean area and friendly environment…recommend this location to anyone looking for the quiet, peaceful and beautiful vacation spot

Have visited North end of Santa Cruz many times and long ago lived near the harbor. Had not spent much time in South end of Santa Cruz which was a treat. Surfview house was the perfect place for a beach holiday allowing you to feel like a Santa Cruz local for a few days. Lot's of opportunities a short walk from the house. All the beach amenities you could ask for. Kitchen and 2nd floor living space has spectacular views and kitchen was well stocked with fancy new appliances and a pleasure to prepare meals. Hope to return for a future visit.

Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

Best weekend getaway!! Views were amazing, the house was incredible, our pup enjoyed all the space to run around and explore. The beach just being across the street was beautiful, hot tub was the cherry on top! Will absolutely be returning!!

The house is in a great location, close to the boardwalk, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortably fit our group of eight. The hot tub was very relaxing, we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit, and took many trips to the beach on the bikes. The hosts responded quickly and were very friendly as well, would definitely recommend staying here!

It is the only 864 sq ft end unit with ocean view balcony and lots of windows to let the light in! Oh, and has a actual kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. No matter what special occasion brings you to town, this is the condo you will want stay in! Seascape Beach Resort has amazing sunsets, a soft sandy beach, top notch restaurants, and so many amenities.
