Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Croce, Venice

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice! It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. The space was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The host went above and beyond, meeting us in person at check-in and offering excellent local tips and recommendations that made our visit even more special. They were always available for any questions and truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

We sadly just stayed one nicht in venice but it couldn't have been more perfect. Of course we got lost trying to find Marcos place but that's just part of the fun of staying in Venice. Once we were there we couldn't have hoped for a nicer place. The view over the roof tops felt very special and the beds were immensely comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Marco and Kety were great hosts. They had plenty of recommendations for us and helped out when needed. The place was spotless and in a good location. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

We had an amazing stay in Francesco’s apartment, conveniently located near the train station, with Canal view, coffee shop, restaurants and shopping stores nearby, truly, location was great !!! The apartment was just like the pictures, clean and with enough room, we were a group of four, and has all the amenities; the check-in was easy, Sarah was waiting for us since we arrived early and Francesco allowed for us to drop off our luggage; Sarah gave us great tips and suggestions about local places; 10/10 we recommend this beautiful place.

I can't fully express how much I enjoyed my stay at Siria's apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and I think even better than shown in the pictures. The location is ideal. I have been to Venice before and the location of this apartment is not in the very busy and noisy tourist locations, but still only a 7 minute walk to the train station and Piazzale Roma. There are also any number of very good restaurant options within minutes of this location. All of the sights of the city are easily walkable. The apartment was equipped with everything you can imagine to make for a comfortable stay. I didn't make use of the kitchen, other than to make coffee, but it has everything required to make meals during your stay. Finally, Siria is an excellent host. She is very friendly and gave excellent instructions on how to find and access the apartment. She always answered my questions very promptly. When I return to Venice I will definitely stay at Siria's apartment again.

Lu met us at the vaporetto stop and gave us very clear and help instructions for how to get from the train station and take the local vaporetto. She gave a whole list of recommended restaurants and local tips. The location by St Mark’s square is great as it’s only a 10 minute walk over. The Airbnb was quiet and peaceful and we got the occasional gondola ride view by our window which was great. The laundry machine was equipped with both washing AND dry capabilities which helped us immensely refresh our clothing as this was towards the end of our trip. We did have some issues with connecting to the WiFi and it being slow but Lu gave us an alternative option that was faster and could accommodate what we needed to do. Loved how spacious the apartment was and we felt spoiled by the incredibly tall ceilings - it felt like sleeping in an art gallery!

So pleased we discovered this little gem in Venice. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sara even provided some drinks and snacks for our arrival. The windows on to the canal were a fantastic spot to people watch and watch the boats go by. Sara was a wonderful host - always quick to come back to us, very friendly and had lots of local advice and recommendations. The apartment is in a great location - walkable to the main sites, close to the vaparetto stop and with lots of lovely (& good value) bars and restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved our 3 night stay and can’t recommend this Sara’s place highly enough.

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Valentina’s place was available and she quickly helped me secure a beautiful, safe place for my family while in Venice. Thank you so much Valentina. I highly recommend this booking!

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We spent 3 nights in Barbara's very tastefully decorated Apartment. We were personally welcomed by Angela who takes perfectly care of everything. The house is in a very typical venetian neighbourhood, with lovely osterias, cafes where you can enjoy a nice meal or a campari soda. although its only a 10 minutes walk to the very heart of venice, to the museums etc. it is a quiete place offering good sleep! We highly recommend this authentic house/Apartment and hope to have soon more time for Venice.

Nicola was an amazing host, personally collecting me from airport to local recommendations to make sure my stay was absolutely Bellissimo! 😍 The family bakery downstairs is perfecto and is a must try for everyone that stays! This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

Now when I come to Venice, I only want to stay in this house. Very clean, high-quality sheets and towels. Tasteful furnishings, modern but with a touch of Venetian style! Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

Beautiful location, on a canal as described. If you like a place off the beaten path this place will please you. Although there were other tourists in the area, it felt peaceful in comparison to the more crowded areas of Venice. I was worried about leaving on an early morning flight out of Venice and the ferry to the airport was very conveniently located from the apartment, about a 10 minute walk.

Best Airbnb accommodation we ever stayed in! Perfect location, quiet, outstanding view and easy accessible to main sites! Great restaurants nearby and Coop grocery store right around the corner. Unique and homely furnishing with many guide books and reading materials provided! Daniela is certainly a super host! She provided much more than the other hosts we came across. We really feel like we are guests in her house! She responded to all our questions and showed us around when we arrived! Totally outstanding! We were sad to leave Daniela’s apartment and moved to airport hotel on our last night in Venice!
