I had an amazing time here! I felt very comfortable and safe. Rossetti's home was very peaceful, a great environment to wind down after long days of exploring. It's very close to the bus stop and easy to find. His home has everything you might need and he had lots of great recommendations.

Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. This place is the perfect Venetian home. Right on the water, easy to find, somewhat away from the main hustle and bustle of the tourist spots. It’s super clean, comfortable, and watching the Gondolas go by while drinking espresso was unreal. Nick is very responsive and ensured we had everything we need during our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Nice apartment, great location, clean and with all utilities. I really enjoyed the style of the apartment (big enough for my family of 4 including 2 teenagers), the opening to the water that allowed me to enjoy coffee every morning with a unique landscape. We had a second coffee (while the teenagers rested a little more) at Majer (Rue Garibaldi, 5-min walk), which Nicholas recommended. So we could bring great things to the kids for breakfast. We could then start our journeys in Venice. Nicholas was very responsive to every question (and I had a lot of them😃). He gave us some great tips. I also really enjoyed Nicholas' music, which rocked all the moments spent in the apartment. Everything is nearby (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions). Finally, we had a great time in a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Nicholas!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! It was far enough outside of the touristy/busy part of Venice that it was very quiet and peaceful, but it was also only a very short bus ride to everything that you could possibly want to see or do in the busier areas. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with us, and we had absolutely no problems with check-in, check-out, or communication. The apartment space was clean, tidy, cool, and perfect for our small group. We loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend to others!

Francesca is very friendly, nice and super responsive. She came to pick us up from the water boat station and walked with us to the apartment. She gave us lots of tips and restaurant recommendations. She made us feel like we are visiting a kind relative's home, not just typical airbnb. Her place is very convenient to everything you need. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here if you want to have good, safe and nice place to stay in Venice.

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

We loved our stay at Ernesto's apartment. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. A quiet location but very close to lots of restaurant options and transport. Great generosity and support from the host. Highly recommended as a base to explore Venice and the surrounding area. Grazie mille Ernesto!

Great place in the heart of Venice that still manages to feel private! We had a lot of difficulty with trains getting there and the host was very flexible and kind with our extremely delayed arrival.

I have just spent 3 nights at Elide’s place and I cannot speak highly enough of it . It was exactly as described , in fact even better . Elide was a delightful host , very welcoming and warm , full of relevant information and provider of great breakfasts . As a lone female traveller , I felt very safe both in the house and on the Lido itself. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but at the same time have very easy access to it . I was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return .

Our first trip to Italy and Venice did not dissappoint. Antonio's location is reasonbly priced for the location. Clean room and bathroom with shower. Many great restaurants, water bus, Airport water shuttle are nearby. Walk to the town center is 25 min.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt totally comfortable at Ana Paola's. She and her sons are very welcoming and reassuring. The bedroom and bathroom are nice and the accommodation is next to a bus station that leads directly to Venice. I would definitely stay at Ana Paola's again and I can only recommend it!

Every thing was perfect

Natalia was very helpful and responsive end gave us many recommendations and support on how to get into Venice via bus and local resturants. We overall had a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Natalia allowed us to keep our car parked for the day even after we checked out so that we could enjoy our day out. She also kept our baggage safe until we came to pick up the car which was extremely helpful.

Francesca’s place was perfect - amazing location and wonderful room, full of character. She was a great host; giving us a warm welcome and restaurant recommendations. We’d love to stay there again!
