Ana Maria's place is just simply beautiful. Super Clean with everything what you need during a long traveling. Very close to mamy attractions of Venice. At the beginning little hard to find it, because Venice has a very unique way to mark streets and numbers. I wish I can get back here one day.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment and wish we had more time there! Hopefully we’ll be back some day and will definitely stay again! It is the perfect Venice location! Right on the canal with beautiful views, yet quiet and peaceful! We walked everywhere and especially appreciated the very short walk from the train. Martin’s assistant was lovely! She provided lots of helpful information, recommendations, and even booked us a water taxi to the airport for our departure. The apartment is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The bedding and linens were very high-quality. The beds were big and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were like-new and everything was very well stocked. We cannot imagine anything better in Venice!

Excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement confortable, bien équipé et bien chauffé, parfait pour s'installer à deux. Le quartier est très agréable, calme, près de l'eau, avec plusieurs arrêts de vaporetto à proximité, une supérette bien fournie à dix minutes à pied et plusieurs bars et restaurants à proximité. Un point en plus pour la literie, très confortable. Valentina est une hôtesse chaleureuse et accueillante, avec qui l'arrivée s'est faite très facilement malgré les trois heures de retard de notre avion. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir !

Perfect location! Gio met us right at the Vaporetto stop at San Stae, which is literally a 10 second walk to the apartment, could not be more convenient. Very nice host, he really took his time to inform us about how to get around and gave great recommendations on nearby restaurants, grocery stores, cafes etc. It is a lovely home, very comfortable with everything you could need. Gio even helped arrange water taxi accommodations for our return to the airport which was extremely helpful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet easy access right into the action and all the things we wanted to experience in Venice. Would absolutely love to stay here again if we get back to Venice.

The place looks even better than the pictures! The host was extremely helpful — we accidentally locked ourselves out (yes, a dumb moment), and he showed up within 30 minutes to let us back in. Thank you so much! The location is perfect: close enough to be right in the heart of the attractions with just a short crossing to the island across the canal, yet separated enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed to rest. Just a few steps from the vaporetto station, and surrounded by charming little restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and various shops for anything we needed. Beautiful location, impeccable accommodations, and a gracious host. 100% recommended!

Drei Nächte sind schnell vergangen, die gut gelegene Unterkunft war Top für Unternehmungen, da alles nie weit weg war. Abends ein Absacker in der Küche und anschließend gut und ungestört schlafen. Was braucht es noch. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist steil, dass muss man wissen. In jedem Fall ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.
