We had a great stay at this property and were extremely happy working with Marta. She was very responsive, always reachable, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and included all the amenities listed. The location was fantastic — close to the Rialto Bridge, railway station, grocery store, ATM, bakery, restaurants, and many popular attractions, most of which were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again in the future!

Super one night stay in Venice. Gianni's apartment was spotless. Whilst the apartment is compact, it had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It's spotlessly clean and has all mod cons you could hope for: hairdryer, WiFi, new TVs and a coffee machine. It's conveniently located close to the city's bus and rail stations, which was very helpful to us as we arrived after a late flight. We especially appreciated our hosts speedy response time and the excellent restaurant suggestions. Would recommend.

Ideally located for discovering Venice, all amenities nearby, the small garden for eating outside is a plus when the weather is nice, which was our case. Monica and Marco gave us a warm welcome and were very good advice. Recommended!

Great week-long stay at Daniela's. An ideal apartment to rest after visiting Venice, Verona, Padua, Vicenza and Treviso. If you are looking for a place to stay to visit this beautiful area, don't hesitate.

Mo was a fabulous host, he made the check in process very easy and responded quickly to messages. The condo was exactly as we expected - very clean and spacious for what we needed as a couple. The location was very handy - an easy walk from the train station and a quick walk to hop on a bus that takes you directly to Venezia.

We stayed here for a weekend. We were picked up at the boat station and accompanied to the property. Everything is very clean and well heated. At checkout, we were kindly able to leave the luggage in the accommodation a little longer (until noon). Baba recommended good restaurants to us right away. Very friendly landlords, everything perfect. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Simple phenomenal, the place is recently refurbished and it is lovely in a fantastic tranquil location and so easy to find

The place was very nice, clean and cozy – we felt completely comfortable. A small disadvantage was the missing iron: Although I asked twice to provide one, this was unfortunately not organized. An ironing board was available, but unfortunately not helpful without an iron. In addition, an oven in the kitchen would have been practical. Overall, however, still a pleasant stay!

It was beautiful at Alessandro's. The communication went great, the description and photos corresponded to reality. Always accessible, very friendly and uncomplicated. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place!

This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even seem like we were in Jesolo. Well-located house in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it, it is located in a beautiful area above all. Super nice neighbors, what can I say, it's one of those places you'd like to go back to right away, not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a little vacation in Jesolo or a quiet weekend, I recommend this accommodation.
