Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. We had a wonderful stay at Lynda’s cottage in Orsogna. The apartment was beautiful and the view of the countryside was stunning. Lynda greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. She was very responsive throughout our stay and went as far as reaching out to her neighbor to come help us when we discovered we had a flat tire. I would highly recommend staying at Lynda’s place.

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

The place is quiet, the view is wide and restful: olive trees and vineyards allaround, in the back, chickens and galleys. The apartment, spacious and very clean, is equipped with essentials. It can be comforted from 4 to 6 people. Great for a holiday "far from the world". Cooling dinner on the small loggia after a day at the beach. The beautiful Punta Aderci reserve with its magnificent beaches can be reached in a few minutes. Excellent value for money.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. 4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

Everything was more than perfect.

Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful home, surrounded by a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available to us and helped us get around the island and introduced us to other wonderful people. From the very beginning, he passed on his love for the island and made us fall in love too, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I'd be back tomorrow.

We made an excursion to the Tremiti Islands under the total advice of the host who was able to immediately advise us on how to get around. Immersed in the peace on the hill between olive trees and vineyards, the apartment turned out to be really spacious and comfortable, matching the photos. Indoor parking always available, effective soundproofing to closed windows, good quality mattresses and pillows combined with the air conditioning in the bedroom, allowed us to rest at its best. From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view (an authentic postcard) and, in the evening, there is never a shortage, even on the hottest days of August, a nice cool ventilation that makes your stay very pleasant. Gianluca and his family were kind, attentive, helpful, and ready for any eventuality. Present when needed and discreet at the same time. It is the ideal solution for any type of vacation, in a short time you can reach the sea or mountains, or even be the base to visit the beauties of Abruzzo and Molise. Highly recommended!

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

We had a wonderful time and the people in the town were very friendly.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.
