We’re an end unit toward the end of complex, allowing us to have more privacy and quieter. Amenities include pool, spa, gym, in unit washer/dryer, 1 dedicated underground parking. Starbucks just across! Close to groceries. Close to Hwy 280 and Santa Clara Medical, Valley Fair. Border Cupertino. *note my couch was scratched up by a previous tenant :/ so not as pristine anymore.

Super spacious house with an open layout and 3 generous bedrooms, located in a quiet, safe area with a huge park just steps away. It's close to the 101 freeway, perfect for a rest stop or an extended stay, as we have space for remote work. The train is just 1.5 miles away, connecting San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Mateo, and San Francisco. The train has bike lanes if you prefer to avoid daily traffic. Enjoy this suburban area; it's hard to find in Silicon Valley.
