Die Unterkunft hat eine Top-Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Der Platz Santa de Eulalia, von dem aus die Wohnung zu erreichen ist, ist etwas ruhiger und in den Cafe’s kann Mann bei einem ersten Kaffee wunderbar in den Tag starten. Wir haben kleine nette Bars und super Restaurants entdeckt.

Wonderful location with easy access to buses which would take you to beaches, city center or other locations on the island; also close to the Castle Bellver park, perfect for jogging. Olga and Carlos are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend the place for solo travelers.

Our experience at Vistasol Apartamentos was simply wonderful from start to finish! The stunning view from our room took our breath away every single morning — you really can’t beat waking up to the Mediterranean sparkling in front of you. The staff truly made our stay special. From the warm smiles that greeted us every day to the lively and charming Jean Pierre at reception who made us feel instantly welcome. We also want to give a big thank you to two lovely ladies at reception who were incredibly helpful and kind — answering all our questions with patience and genuine care. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The buffet was a dream — so much variety and everything was absolutely delicious! Vistasol is more than just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel looked after. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the unforgettable memories! Jerome's place was perfect for our family of 5 while staying in Palma. The location is centrally located to many restaurants and was very quiet. Lots of room to spread out, and a nice outdoor seating area. Apartment was very clean and air conditioning worked very well. We did not use the kitchen at all, but it was well stocked if you wanted to cook meals in the apartment. There is an absolutely great breakfast place (Surry Hills) 50 meters away that we just loved for morning coffee and breakfast. Definitely give it a try! We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Palma.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Check-in verlief super einfach und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Parken kann man auf der Straße, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, nicht in gelben Zonen zu parken, da diese verboten sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor allem nach Mitternacht schwer zu finden, sodass man manchmal ein Stück weiter weg parken und ein bisschen laufen muss. Die Lage ist top – besonders Playa del Muro ist schnell zu erreichen und absolut traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert dort und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Great place with everything you need. Lots of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Street parking was tough, but if you go a couple blocks north, as long as there are no dashed lines, you are free to park there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Julie’s place and especially the little quaint town of Fornalutx! It’s truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend that you have a small car, the roads are very narrow like everyone says. People drive nuts too. Recommend you get the extra insurance too. Trust me. We were able to drive to many places and it’s a 10 min drive to Solier port where we went mostly. We rented a boat twice we loved it so much! A must do is to park at the port then take the train up into the town of Solier which drops you off in town where there’s shopping and lots of great food. Neil was a great host, we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is about 300 yrs old, and has so much charm. It is one block off the main strip so you do have to walk up some stairs and a cobblestone hill to get to it but worth the exercise. We went to all of the restaurants and liked them all. There’s a little market too for fresh veggies, food and everything you need. Loved it!

Ana muy atenta y el piso tiene todo lo necesario. Muy limpio y cerca del centro (5 min caminando), aunque el entorno no es el más bonito. Tal vez el precio es un poco elevado, pero al parecer, ese es el estándar en Palma.

Il manquait juste un sèche cheveux dans l’appartement mais sinon tout était parfait!!

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.
