We had a wonderful time here. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and private yet near lots of local amenities and perfect beaches. We felt right at home!

Gorgeous Airbnb! Loved staying here. It was amazing waking up to the sea every day. It is a little close to the highway so the highway noise can be a little loud at night, and the ocean is beautiful but not super swimmable since there is so much sea grass. Just to adjust your expectations. But we loved it here.

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable. A/C in every room The backyard space was so nice to hang out in every evening. Had everything we wanted out there from lounge chairs to a hammock, plenty of tables and chairs and even a shower/bathroom and BBQ grill!! The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs/cooler were so convenient. The short trip out to the little island was a treat! The view and location right on the water was the highlight of the place! We absolutely loved it and had such a fun memorable stay!

The place is beautiful!! It's just as it appears in the photos. My family and I had a wonderful time. The pool was spectacular, so relaxing. Everything is very organized, clean, and equipped for everything you need. Dixie was the best host. She is always attentive and friendly. I really recommend this place.

This is a great place for a couple or single traveler. Extremely clean, safe, and private. I would recommend if you’re in the Maní/Mayagüez area.

Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots/pans, and appliances. Surroundings were quiet and location was near a popular beach entrance and other restaurants. Home was kept cool and having 2 bathrooms is a great bonus. Worth the stay.

Staying at Bill’s place was arguably our best Airbnb experience ever. The oceanfront property is stunning—so beautiful and peaceful, and everything we hoped for. Bill was wonderfully communicative, and not only greeted us upon arrival, but also provided lots of wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Bill also provides *everything* you need for a beach day — towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. He has a grill on the private patio and grilling equipment too. In sum, the stay alone was already pretty wonderful, but Bill’s hospitality really put the experience over the top. Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to visit again and a future trip to Rincón.

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

Out stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for two families of 4 each. The kids had space to play games, the adults space to chill. The patio is a beautiful spot to take a morning coffee and has a great breeze. The rental is just a 15 minute walk into town where there is lots to do.

WOW! All I can say is I’m so happy I chose to hold my outdoor wedding on this BEAUTIFUL property. Chris was extremely accomodating and very helpful since I was planning my wedding from the states. He allowed me to have family members on the island come and tour the airbnb before we went through a contract for the wedding. Leading up the wedding he assured me the property would be taken care of in terms of landscaping, beach clean up, trees trimmed, etc. Papo is an EXCELLENT property manager and attended to every need we had no matter the time! It gave me peace of mind knowing he would take care of any issues we had! We had endless compliments from our wedding guests that the property and airbnb was beautiful. It’s truly a special place to get married. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to soak in all the fun and memories made at Villa Boquilla. Although May in PR is hot, it was still worth it! The sunset on our big day was magical. Thank you for having us Chris and Papo!✨

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

Me and Family stayed there a whole week you have the beach right by you. The place was super clean very up-to-date in a private area very peaceful and relaxing. The host was great. Check-in was very easy. Communication was on point. I appreciate the opportunity and time we spent there would love to go again

The condo is breathtaking, beautiful views throughout the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The entire condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great place to stay for large families.

A magical stay! Victoria del Mar in Rincón is a dream—just steps from Corcega Beach with stunning ocean views from the 4th floor. Despite a sudden island-wide blackout, our host Geselle went above and beyond. She quickly relocated us to another of her solar-powered apartments for the first night, ensuring we had everything we needed. The next day, she honored our request to return to the original condo so we could enjoy its sea breeze and incredible view. Even without power, the space stayed fresh and relaxing. Power returned around 2:30 a.m., but honestly, the peaceful vibe made it all worthwhile. Geselle was outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to our comfort. She checked in often, offered towels, and made us feel cared for the entire time. Her attention to detail and warmth made all the difference. This condo is a true hidden gem, and Geselle is a 5-star host in every way. We’re already planning to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super cozy, and the balcony views were a great bonus. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment is great, with an incredible view from the balcony. The area is incredibly relaxing. José's instructions were very clear on how to get there. Everything was very clean. 20/10. It has its own parking for 1 vehicle.

I highly recommend it! Excellent apartment, clean, peaceful and beautiful. The common areas are quiet, clean, and very well maintained. We kayaked around the area; the sea was calm and perfect for that. The host was EXCELLENT, with super effective communication, friendly, and responsive. We really had a great time. I loved it!
