Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Beach

I've had great experiences in most of the places my family and I have chosen. However, José's constant attention and communication were key to making us feel that we were in a safe place where we were going to have everything we needed. We felt at home! Many good things to highlight: VIP access to the pool, the perfect sheets, the comfort of the mattresses, the cleanliness, access to the village, the recommendations he offered us to experience the bay and the restaurant to eat. We stayed here for six weeks and loved it. The location is best in Rincon. The condo and pool are nice. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Alejandro was a great host! The island suffered a islandwide blackout and he responded proactively providing a generator and checking in. He responded fast to questions and offered great recommendations. If you're in the west coast of PR, fully recommend!

The place was solid and spacious. Much quieter than expected due to the location. The restaurants and bars that I was interested in were pretty close. Also, there's a skate park and BMX track nearby on the way to the supermarket.

Great stay! 11 members of my family stayed and from the first moment we felt right at home. The property is spacious, very comfortable and is excellently equipped. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, the rooms are spacious and cozy, and the view from the main room is simply beautiful. The pool is in perfect condition, and the proximity to the beach, a small store and food places make the location ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat. This was our second stay at Casa Don Toribio, and it has officially become part of our family’s annual tradition. The home offers a peaceful, serene retreat — a true home-away-from-home. There is something uniquely special about this property; its simple, zen-like setting allows the natural beauty of Puerto Rico to shine all around. We loved exploring the local panaderías and savoring our morning coffee while surrounded by nature. Casa Don Toribio is truly a place where you can breathe deeply and recharge. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay memorable.

The house and location were perfect for our Spring Break family trip. The community felt very safe and secure. The house had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was especially peaceful with the hammock and greenery in the backyard as well as a great dining space. We traveled around to visit multiple other beaches during our stay but felt most at home right at the marina beach with great snorkeling, fishing and swimming areas. We also did horseback riding and rented paddle boards right in front of the house. Rincon has so much to offer including great restaurants and the people were always friendly. Most importantly we had no significant interruptions during the 48 hour blackout thanks to the great set up with backup solar power at the house.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

I would highly recommend staying at Eduardos Airbnb. We felt right at home , comfortable , clean and quiet place . Kids also loved the place especially the pool. Super close to beach as well which was a plus. Thank you for having us! Until next time !

Very cozy apartment with excellent view and location. Great host! Extremely recommended.

Highly recommend the condo have all the items needed plenty toiletries, paper towels, wash cloth, bath and pool towels and more. For the first time we didn’t have to spend money on everyday items (I was pleasantly surprised). Beach was four minute drive? but go early to find a good parking. Rubimar was the best restaurant we visit food was really good about a 20 minute ride worth it. Jessica is a great host! Very attentive and promptly responded.

Clean, great location and facilities. In and above the expectations. Excellent value for the price. The wifi didn’t work but never called Jorge Luis to ask about it. The tv doesnt work without wifi. Also, they have no parking for customers.
