We built this root home for our family. It was designed by an architect with extensive experience and built with charm, quality and the simplicity of those who like to be in nature. We decided to rent it on vacation, and we look forward to meeting guests who can enjoy and take care of it. It is in the Serreta, a magical place, next to a magnificent forest, where there are many trails, a stunning park, many little cows, an unparalleled landscape and a sunset that varies by tone each day.

LUZZ me - Santa Bárbara 3

This is the third of a set of rustic houses rehabilitated in 2019/20, giving rise to 5 modern apartments, decorated with solid wood and lamps from Bali. The aim was to create an informal, unpretentious environment, but at the same time refined and welcoming. In the central area, there is a porch, a common area, where you can have meals and rest outdoors. Santa Bárbara is a peaceful village from where you can see the sea and the mountain with the same name, and an ideal place to rest.

Casa do Poço - Big House

Casa do Poço is located in the heart of Santa Bárbara, a rural and traditional parish of Terceira Island. It was a project carried out by João over 3 years, with a lot of effort and dedication. It was born from the desire to welcome people and provide a pleasant experience on this Island, which we love so much and which we already consider our home! We hope you enjoy this house as much as we enjoyed making it, with great commitment and attention to every detail! Come and meet us!

The Old Lagar- oven

Located within a 3000 square meter property, the house is an example of Terceira’s traditional architecture: made of stone walls, the main facade looking south, with wooden roof and tiles traditionally handcrafted using local materials. The house was restored in 2018 maintaining the original construction plan and preserving some structures of historical interest, such as the water reservoir, the furnace and the press, lagar in Portuguese, from which the house takes its name.

Pedrinho's House

Comfortable and cozy space in a quiet area, overlooking the sea and the mountains, with the possibility of seeing the islands of São Jorge and Pico. It is the closest house to the highest point of the island, the Serra de Santa Bárbara, leisure areas and surrounding green spaces. Perfect location for animal and nature lovers, where you can enjoy the company of our donkeys, Vietnamese pigs, geese, goats and chickens, while savoring a glass of wine.

Recently rebuilt house, located in one of most beautiful bays in the Azores. Nestled on the slope of the Quatro Ribeiras, it offers a unique view of both the sea and the rocky escarpment of the bay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms (one suite), two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room, heating stove, balcony and outside space with barbecue and fire pit. Free private parking. Centenary house recovered with a stunning view of the parish, Atlantic Ocean, forest and mountain. From here, we can also see three islands of the central group, which are Graciosa, S. Red House -The first impact before the immense sea

The Red House, perhaps because of its red sofa, tends to induce in those who visit us a feeling of intensity, warmth, and love. While we can't say that this house is actually more intense than the others, we do recognise that there is a mystique and that São Jorge looks different from the bathtub. Sharing the same amenities as the other houses, the Red House is the first to face the sea. This house invites you to feel happy and well.
